SAM’S SENSE: Examination cheating, the moving target

In about three weeks' time, candidates of the Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) and the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) will begin writing their final examinations as they prepare to transition to the next level.
In a few days to weeks, families and friends of these candidates will flock to the shops looking for success cards to wish their learners the best of a season.

When I showed my KCSE cert, it was never trusted because I come from Kenya, this problem is known internationally. I had to do exams on some few subjects (maths, physics and Business Studies) under total supervision of three examiners in a room packed with four rotatable cameras. I still passed it much more than the points I had in the same subjects in my cert.
