Bravo!
Many parts of this scintillating performance rival the wonderful 'Richter in Italy' recording. Thankyou to Young Classical Artists Trust and more please.
WOW! Yet ZNHER wonderfl new discovery in the piano world! Funny! Nrmally, I hate coparisins \, but I had just istened to Novaes, Perahia and Demus play this work in the past three days, and decided, though I enoyed Demus very much, that i still mujch preferred to hear Guiomar Novaes play Schumann, but THIS has produced a very close second in appeal to Mme Novaes. I only i were a bit mellower, and a tiny bit LESS virtuosic. I have always regarded Papillon more has HAUSMUSIK than as music for the COCERT stage. This is IEDER not OPERA. Needless to say I wish young Alexander Ullman a SLENDID JOYOUS career. I can't wait to hear more of his playing.
I want you to apologize. 1 his as anyone"s response is based on the performers music interface/intercession and by which they immerse and are by the medium of music structures which endow them enabled such dynamic and current as music incarnate, and that is no matter if the sound is gentle roam across arpeggiating minors or comparing The perfect Papillion with a chopin nocturne.
Beautiful❤ Best played on UA-cam 😊 Thank you so much Young Classical Artists Trust!❤❤
Back again. The best interpretation I have heard. Ullman brings out all the tenderness, high spirits and humour.

one of schumann's first compositions...may also be one of his best.
Very very very very very gooooood!!!
One can envision the papillons...butterflies, and flowers of spring in Schumann's composition and the Ullman's performance.
A really, really good performance with character pieces shining in the light of eternity, humour and charm against destiny.
I think this is my favourite recording. He has such fun with it, and doesn't feel the need to rush.
Gran músic! Molt sentit i coherència. Felicitats!
Delightful! In such beautiful character!!!
Thank you for your ethereal rendition of a perfectly composed work.
Bravo ! Lindíssima a tua interpretação, parabéns ! UM abraço do Brasil
Fantastic!!!!
Just good as hell
Very good.
Wunderschoene Einspielung!!!
Bravo....!!!👏👏👏👏
It supposed to be Robert Schumann (1810-1856)
Great playing! I just uploaded this piece too :)
didn't schumann die in 1856 rather than in 1893?

Schumann: 1811 - 1856
1810 -1856
@@felixdevilliers1 Exacto.

The histrionics... this is Schumann not Chopin!
...which had the time was 21, in love with the likes of Chopin (and Paganini), and dreamt of becoming a composer-virtuoso.
