There IS info on how to cook steak in the "Operations" manual...Not the "recipe" book...It's on page 10...Steak, 15 mins, 350 degrees, Chops button. I would use the top rack for broiling though. 😉 Just got mine as a gift yesterday. I love it!! ❤

try to put some aluminum foil in the tray with the steak..I did that with some veggies I cooked in mine
I had that same air fryer oven did not work good at all for me definitely take the other air fryers over this
