Thanks for the updated video on P-22. These basic videos are excellent. Would love to see more videos on the specific issues you see across your fleet and what you do to prevent them. Also if you could talk more about what to look for while riding with clutch set ups. Really could be a great video in its self. If you captured with go pro you climbing the display and RPMs. Just walk people through what a perfect sled targeting 8,250 should look like. Maybe even intentionally set one up with wrong weight, springs, helix so we can see what that looks like. As well as what you do to address like add weight, change spring ect for the condition you see on the snow. I think we all understand it’s different for everyone and every condition but more info is better than no info. With the price of this sport and difficulty of getting into a dealer or even finding a good dealer. People need help to have the ability to prevent clutch flying off sled, know when you would change primary weights vs spring, or helix change. Personally I make a 16hr round trip drive to carls cycle cause dealers in my area will try and change my oil on my 2 stroke. Would really appreciate more details and more content that allow me to spend less time in dealership and more time pulling some dollar lines. THANKS!!!!
Awesome update video! Very informative. Definitely worth the watch. Thanks Chris and BBA staff! Videos like this add another level to already great customer service!
We made the switch because we like having the bearing and thrust washer on 2 steel surfaces. Serves the same purpose and the bearing ends up being a little lighter/smaller too 👍🏻

So whats the reason for running the roller bearing inside the spider instead of under the spring cup? Just curious

that makes more sense versus having on an aluminum surface, thanks @@ChrisBurandt
What's the best way to fix the clutch plate bushing
What do you think about the lightweight shift kit secondary spring roller? It’s half the weight of the factory one
Do use derilin washers?
Do you sell the secondary roller bearing setup as a kit?
Give us a call at the shop!
That's inch pounds..would be funny if someone did foot lbs lol
