I have a wurlitzer spinet one of the grommets is loose so some times the lifter goes upside and the key gets stuck, im not sure how to unscrew those as looks different on the top, any ideas?
Do you carry wood lifter rod on your site? Is it possible to switch from a wooden lifter rod to a wire lifter rod or is the drop lifter elbow totally different in a spinet piano with a wooden liter? Thanks for the great videos this is very informative!!!
We do have some videos that cover this topic. For the sticking keys, our first recommendation would be to watch our video on how to diagnose the problem behind a sticking piano key: ua-cam.com/video/qCB_etJLVMs/v-deo.html. Once you have determined where the problem is coming from, you can then find a video on how to fix the problem. We also have videos on how to level piano keys (ua-cam.com/video/7Xq0Vd33C1w/v-deo.html), how to space and square the keys (ua-cam.com/video/BaVfnJdOkl8/v-deo.html), and how to level the sharps (ua-cam.com/video/yJLf-2TO33I/v-deo.html).
You could use the donut grommets, but then you would also have to add the Baldwin Wire Finger Nuts as the donut grommets aren’t threaded. This is actually a more expensive route to go because by the time you by the donut grommets and the finger nuts, the price will be more than the square grommets. If you already have the finger nuts, then yes, the donut grommets are a less expensive way to go.
It should work about the same. The wood lifter buttons are threaded and can be screwed off of the lifter wire if you need to replace it or screwed up and down if you have to adjust it.

Hey have you found anywhere that sells them? I accidentally broke one of mine
Are the screws pretty sensitive when taking them out? Is there a chance that I might break it when trying to do this?
The screws themselves aren't typically sensitive or prone to breaking.
I need to repair my spinet piano, it has some keys that stick and it is uneven. Do you teach any kind of course to be able to repair it?

Can I use donut grommets if i currently have square? The price difference is nuts

What if there is a wooden grommet on top of a thick piece of felt?
