Well you could do that in real life as well I believe, Trained Special Force Agent is also a human that wants to be alive so they would surrender with right timing. Problem is that Special Forces usually move in a 5-6 people groups so finding singular agent infiltrating alone would be pretty hard but in a moment of actually finding one, you could pretty much surprise him and take him hostage. But don't try to convience him to join your side lol, it might work in-game, it's horrid idea in real life.
Honestly stealthing shadow raid is relatively easy, you should first get the layout of the map and practice with insider assets(acquired by having the right skills) and once you master it on normal you can practically do it on any other difficulty!😊
