EASY TO MAKE - CHOCOLATE MOUSSE (only four ingredients)
For this yummy and easy dessert you’ll need;
2 egg yokes
3 dl cream (300 grams)
150 grams of chocolate (I used dark chocolate)
Raspberries
Chop the chocolate into small pieces. Heat 1,5 dl of the cream and whip the other 1,5 dl. When the cream has been heated, add the chocolate and egg yokes and mix well. Add the whipped cream and mix again. Put the mixture into small cups of choice and let sit in the fridge for about 2-3 hours. Add some whipped cream and raspberries on top before serving. Enjoy!
