Is there a step by step tutorial for changing out gobos? I see plenty of videos on how to make my own but virtually none on how to switch them out...nor in the user manual. Thank you
Michael, thanks for reaching out. Here is a video on how to change the gobo on the CHAUVET DJ Gobo Zoom LED ua-cam.com/video/3qKWI8b8BDY/v-deo.html . Basically, all of the gobos are switched following the same process, remove the slide, take off the o-ring, place new gobo into holder, replace o-ring to hold new gobo in place and re-insert slide.
We went to Fedex office and used one of theirs. The printers in our office use blocks similar to a crayon as their ink source so they would not work for this.
Still i have to say chauvet ez gobo is way better not sure of the wattage on esch but i still go with the chauvet ez gobo the magnets just makes it realy easy
+Bass Station Tv No, the only way to project an image is by adding in a physical gobo. The D-Fi USB stick is used for wireless DMX transmission of signal instead of cabled DMX transmission of signal between controller and fixtures.
Thanks for reaching out. The gobo image is changed quite easily on the CHAUVET DJ Gobo Zoom USB. Pop the spring out of the gobo holder and replace with your new gobo holder. Make sure the spring is secure, replace the gobo holder into the slot and secure it in place with the provided thumbscrew. Hello,
If possible what printer (model) did you use to make your own gobo's on transparency paper at :50? Thanks in advance

Thanks for replying! Love being part of the chauvet family
what is the maximum range in feet that the gobo zoom can project?
The closer you project your gobo the brighter it will be, while the farther away you try to project it the larger and dimmer it will appear.
what is the size for gobo design I was asked what size it?

hi, I have a question can I use a USB to display the monogram design?
No, it requires a gobo. 😎
Really nice...
So you can either use a physical image or USB the image into the light?

The spring is a pain in the butt to take out. lol I hope that in the future maybe a better design could be made.

Crappy build quality. Manuals give no details on fitting gobos. They just fall out. Piece of crap TBH.
