But in CBI a directly appointed SI earns more than 66k in hand per months including all the allowances....nd promotion is upto SSP level through time scale nd DIG or IG through departmental exam....now it hasbeen mandatory for IPS cadre to become a DIG nd above in CBI he has to join the organization at SP level...

Well, I left Bank PO to join AO in NIACL and now leaving it join in MHA. Salary should not be the only criteria to judge any profile. And the AO works in administration only is a myth. You will be put in marketing, Target is increasing year by year. In my tenure our premium collection has increased from 12k cr to 26 k cr in 5 years. So, if u think there is no pressure in insurance then u r wrong.

I am a banker...I ll say if u have choices I mean clrd 2-3types....don go by salary or designation ...take d job profile dat Ur comfortable wrkin in....I did d reverse n regrett it...I don knw abt rest of govt jobs....d pressure in banks r pretty high.... depending on d age of d branch Ur working d tym ll increase...avrg wrking hour is 8-9.n march closing can be @any tym beyond 6pm till next day

In hand salary of newly joined aao is 52000. For sbi po it's approx 45000. For ibps po it's around 36000.. lic me promotion ka bahut rona hai.. kaam bhi bahut hota new joiners pe.. but the best part is the training.. 9 months ki training hoti hai and it is the most enjoyable part. Lic me posting ka benefit hota hai banks ki tarah extreme rural area me branches nahi hoti.

There is no such thing as ample time after a job.
ITI come home between 5 pm to 7pm.There is no leniency there in any job but unlike banks they have no public dealing.
