Water & Sanitation teams responded to nearly three thousand sewer blockages in just seven days. You can help by disposing of waste responsibly, and reporting any blockages.
Cape Town has a new Junior City Council. The four-member executive committee for the 2024 term is led by Junior Mayor, Miguel Meyer from Zwaanswyk High.
Also new on the block are the 26 learner firefighters who graduated from the City’s Training Academy recently. They were among nearly seven and a half thousand applicants.
And finally - a reminder that City clinics provide free flu vaccines to vulnerable groups, so get yours today before stocks run out.
