Jenny Rarden they can tell from the texture. Blood can congeal under the skin in cystic acne lesions, or it looks thin when combined with pus. The Eastern Medicine method of cystic acne treatment involves physically removing blood that is too thick or thin, therefore removing infected matter.

Needless to say, I will never complain about my teenage acne ever again! You did a great job being gentle but effective. I hope this man can have this cleared up someday.
That’s not how infection and healing work. All she is doin g by repeated squeezing blood out is causing major tissue damage and swelling which in turn increases the risk of infection. Also if she was so focussed on infection, why is she repeatedly cross infecting lesions with the same tool each time? Where’s the sterile/aseptic technique?
I hear what you're saying Tina but I think we have to put things into perspective a little bit. The aseptic technique is not realistic when dealing with so many infected cystic acne. You'd need 50 scalpel blades and hundreds of gauze/cotton wool wipes. They simply cannot afford to do this in Vietnam. From what I've seen in Thuy Truong's videos the best nod to that technique is that she uses cotton buds occasionally now on individual areas. I think it's frustrating to us in the Western world to see practices that are so alien to ours but I've tried to adapt my thinking to their limitations. These ladies do what they can to help mainly young people suffering from usual teenage spots to chloracne. I've followed Thuy for over a year and she's had many major success stories using her radical treatment methods. That said, in the UK you'd be arrested for assault or wounding with a deadly weapon if you poked a scalpel blade into somebody's face and neck without a medical qualification. Not to mention that no personal liability insurance would ever cover a claim if anything went wrong. Lol. We just have to accept that what the videos show is allowed in Vietnam. 🤗🙂

Have a nice day tas tiger. Why are you afraid to use your real name, but rather a childish pseudonym?
I am no doctor so please take anything I say with a grain of salt. For watching A LOT of pimple popper videos, they keep squeezing to make sure they get all the cyst partials and puss out. Also I think it also has something to do with the walls on the pimple under the skin.
@@AshenKnight1that's mostly true, but she's being overkill with a lot of the non-cyst ones and using too much pressure on them when it really isn't necessary, which is very likely to bruise the patient. cyst walls often won't come out just with pressure either, but a surgical incision, preferrably without rupturing it. these aren't cysts, but if they were, this wouldn't be how to properly handle them i reccomend checking out mrpopzit or dr.pimple popper for those, since they explain the process rather well while showing it
When you start, first use a cleanser like Hibiclens to wash the skin. When you finish squeezing out all the pus and gunk you should wash the area liberally with Hydrogen Peroxide. The peroxide will kill the bacterial infection, clean out the pores with the bubbling action of the hydrogen and dry out the pores. Using peroxide regularly will stop the infection and clear it up.

The cotton swab works extremely well on extracting the deep sebum and contents.
Dear client I'm sure I'm joining many people in praying for your speedy recovery! You are very brave! Blessings to Thuy for her compassionate care. Please keep us updated on this client's progress. 💕 💕 💕
This was a very good job, cleaned up that cluster very gently and throughly. When the perfect round hole left behind a plug it freaked me out.
Agree I saw that.
This was awesome, it looks so much better already. Really good work.
It's important to remove all the dirty and infectious blood, otherwise the inflamation will return
Lppppl
I ice the area before and during for my clients. Really helps with the pain
Oh my God that poor poor precious face, I can feel the pain through the screen. Poor you 😪😪😥😥
You shouldn’t feel sorry for that young man…he is at the best spa to get the help he needs..probably won’t have to pay either.
Needless to say, I will never complain about my teenage acne ever again! You did a great job being gentle but effective. I hope this man can have this cleared up someday.
This looks so much worse for now but by releasing the infected material, the skin will start to heal. Poor bloke
That’s not how infection and healing work. All she is doin
g by repeated squeezing blood out is causing major tissue damage and swelling which in turn increases the risk of infection.
I think it's frustrating to us in the Western world to see practices that are so
alien to ours but I've tried to adapt my thinking to their limitations.
@@tinaisufi9244 well said!
@@tinaisufi9244 - absolute BS and you know it!
@@NannupTiger you're entitled to your opinion but I only speak as I find and try not to offend others.
And,for your information, I don't think what I've said is bull shit. I was just trying to rationalise my comments . I find it helps others to understand where I'm coming from. What's your excuse for a pointless personal attack with no rational attached to it?
Have a nice day tas tiger.
Why are you afraid to use your real name, but rather a childish pseudonym?
I would be crying my eyes out!! This looks so painful!!😥
Some of the clients like this one, look like they need to see a doctor.
Why does she keep squeezing so hard when it’s just blood coming out? Won’t that bruise the patient? I was always taught to not pick zits.
I am no doctor so please take anything I say with a grain of salt. For watching A LOT of pimple popper videos, they keep squeezing to make sure they get all the cyst partials and puss out. Also I think it also has something to do with the walls on the pimple under the skin.
@@AshenKnight1that's mostly true, but she's being overkill with a lot of the non-cyst ones and using too much pressure on them when it really isn't necessary, which is very likely to bruise the patient.
cyst walls often won't come out just with pressure either, but a surgical incision, preferrably without rupturing it. these aren't cysts, but if they were, this wouldn't be how to properly handle them
i reccomend checking out mrpopzit or dr.pimple popper for those, since they explain the process rather well while showing it
Video of the day, week and month! Thuy, you are so gentle
This looks so painful. Thank you for taking care of him. And you sir, i hope this is the beginning of healing for you.
excellent job thuy! hey buddy, keep your appointment times with thuy and she will make your skin well.
Yipwhop
Dear lord, I don't get anything done watching these videos!
I never realized that you had to get all the blood out of zits. Very informative, thank you!!
A surgeon once commented and said she is incorrect in doing that. She must only remove the sebum/puss but not conitue to remove the blood.
@@zaniventer9709 ah i see, well i appreciate you letting me know!
@@zaniventer9709 yes Win rolls the q-tip so the acne itself comes out. He gets lots of squirts!
Wow it’s really infected good job Thuy
Medicine is the most honorable profession and a sacred work that man does to relieve the suffering of humanity from all diseases and pain. Thank you to every doctor who dedicates his life to serving humanity.
I love how gentle you are with this patient!
hahaha sarcasm!
Veeeeery gentle, lol

Jeez, open your eyes. She is a butcher.
That looks so painful. Thank you for being so gentle.
The Supreme level of self control needed to stop one's self from puncturing every inch of this kid's face is commendable.
I hope these wounds are not mrsa. Or staph.

In some of them I have seen the tech will put the needle in and you can tell it is all blood and pus under the skin. Amazing to get all that out.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!
I will never complained when I get a single tiny zit again.
This is my favorite by far. Love the qtips

Excellent work. Blood letting to bring in fresh uninfected blood.
