@@stylesxkianalashay how long does it last before it has to be re-applied? I have the same alopecia and would like to try. I don't want it falling off on me lol
@@stylesxkianalashay i cant find your instragram
Where are you located?
I don’t where to find anyone in Chicago who can help with my alopecia
Coming from a woman who has alopecia we/I appreciate when a hair stylist helps u in anyway she can. Looks beautiful 💕💕
Thank you
Awesome service. . Sometimes it's not Alopecia, sometimes it's a client who struggles with Trichotillomania. Hair loss sucks and to find a stylist who knows how to cover those areas is a blessing.
Thank you
95% of the time this is a gut issue. Lack of absorbing key minerals like iron or leaky gut leading to lack of vitamin D. Taking these and having bifidus yogurts will help with gut and of course intermittent fasting, water and cruciferous vegetables. All this glue onto a bald scalp will not help the hair to return it will get worse just leave the scalp free to breathe a simple comb back would have been better for faster hair growth.
@@kgravgrav8496Ty so much for this. I’m going to speak with my dermatologist and pcp if need be. I have a leaky gut and am vitamin d deficient. My hair has been balding more than usual as I already have been dx with ccca. I thought it was progressing but I’ve had it for years and lately it’s been shedding way faster than it normally does. I’m guessing my gut is aiding in it. Have you heard about topical metform in ccca? I wish I could be apart of the study.
@@kgravgrav8496 I get you’re trying to help but please don’t spread false information to already vulnerable people. Trichotillomania is literally pulling out one’s own hair. Alopecia Areata is your own immune system attacking your hair follicles. Female pattern baldness is genetic that gets triggered by age and hormones. Traction aloepcia is when tight hairstyles and pulling of the hair cause them to fall out. Plus the plethora of other reasons people bald related to bacteria, parasites, hormones, pregnancy/childbirth, medications, chemotherapy, vaccines, etc. So many things can cause hair loss, it is not 95% the time a gut issue.
Very Nice. Alot of women suffer with hair loss. Thank you for showing women what they can do without wearing wigs.
What's the difference from wearing a wig and putting a chemical directly on the scalp? A regimen and a healthy diet may help.
@@jannistolvert3812 she has worn plenty of wigs, we tried this method for the first time, it lasted 3 weeks and she expressed how it feels more secure, its very comfortable to wear and it felt as tho nothing was on her head. It looks way more natural than a wig as well.
Latrecia Liddell right it's nice 👌
I love how gentle you are with her hair. I am a Masters Cosmetologists who specializes in hair growth. I also have have my own hair growth company. I know you made her feel amazing once she saw your masterpiece. Hair loss is hard and takes a toll on confidence. Keep up the great work.

@@stylesxkianalashay you’re welcome ♥️
I loved that technique!!! Excellent job! I would have shaped and added the part of the closure you cut off to the bottom area of her alopecia in a moon shape or however to close that area when the wind blows, it's covered also.
Thank you
I LOVE what you did to her hair, looks just like it's her own natural hair, great job 👍
Thank you
So happy I stumbled on to your I've always worn braids but I would love to wear my natural hair but once it straight or blow dried I start seeing real seeing real thin my is it easier get it Braided to protect my natural in fear of losing more hair your gift give me how
I liked it, you did a good job and she looks happy. I would have liked the piece to cover the entire bald spot though. Thumbs up
yes! i will be sure to cover the entire area next install!
The lengths look drastically different from the back pieces to the middle pieces....other than that you blended everything extremely well ❤❤
Hello,
Try braiding in a circle with a net for the closure. Nicely done
Thank you
Exatamente 👍
I actually was going to comment on that but I'm glad someone else said it
I would love to see you use a net. Maybe braid the hair around in that area and use the net and sew around and put the hair. I didn’t like that glue applied directly to the scalp. You did a fantastic job otherwise ❤
that would have caused too much tension, this application gave her zero tension to the area and lasted 3 weeks. I will try a cap on the balding area next time to see how that goes!
@@stylesxkianalashay I didn’t want you to braid her hair completely. Only the area around you were gluing. Only a suggestion. See if that works. Thanks
Tmb não gostei da finalização
I was thinking the same exact thing .
I agree. Same for me. Great job 👏
9:22 -9:33 Overall very creative. It has the beginnings of being a great option for women with similar hair loss in the crown.
My only feedback would be you have to figure out a better way of getting around not putting glue on her actual hair. She's continuing to loss her hair and that's just going to make that area in the crown larger. Focus on just putting the glue on the balding area.
Also I strongly recommend she immediately stops getting sew-ins and wearing wigs. She needs to stop that and allow her scalp to breathe and it'll help her with retaining hair growth.
What a transformation! Great work. Everytime I see videos like these I have to watch. Reminds me of where I am coming from. You did well in enhancing her beauty
Thank you
You did a great job! I'm glad you offer options for those who need this service.
Thank you
You did very well putting in the replacement hair. But, it was too short for the clients hair length. The lack of length did not blend well with her hair at the bottom.
Thank you
I disagree she put that glue on the hair where it was already thinning the spot is going to get bigger as a result of this
I agree it was a great install but the hair was a different shade of brown and her closure was too short making it look like a wonky cut. All it needed was to match up with the bottom length of her natural hair then it would have been perfect
I'm sure the client was happy it was better than it was
The glue on her hair will cause more damage. The concept is great but a small braid around the area (as flat as you can make it) then sewing the closure onto that would be even better. This was genius. Great job.
My thoughts EXACTLY. How is ever supposed to heal itself. Repentance is KEY. JESUS is THE HEALER!
The tension from the braid can cause damage too.
My thoughts as well.
You did a great job . Your client loved it , punto final.👏👏👏👏
Wonderful job! You were very careful to not get too close to her scalp with the flat iron as you stated it was sensitive. ❤
I like how you used the hot comb for this install. Great work ❤
Thank you
Beautiful job. I love it!!❤❤❤❤ Thank you for posting this video. Excellent job. Nice... Very Nice Work.😊✌🏼✌🏼
Great job. My only comment is to add more below the enclosure because if the wind blows, the part not converted will show. First time though? You did that!👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
It looks very nice and natural you did a great job👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Love from NYC 🌼
Thank you

You did a wonderful job omg! I love it❤❤❤
That looks soo natural 👍🏾
Thank you
It looks Great, you did your client right…i’m subscribing for more. Continued Blessings to you.
Thank you
Looks nice! I wonder if she could have swooped her hair over to one side and made some kind of style to where she didn't have to use glue?
When I used to do my customers hair I used to use wrap paper. Is that a good technique.. because what you just does it irritate the scalp or make any more hair come out.
Great job! The style is beautiful!
Thank you
Her hair so nice and thick nice job ❤️
Thank you
Chemical products, tension in the natural hair, relaxers all those stuffs cause alopecia 😮😮😮. She's been very brave to carry on with those methods despite of the danger 😢
That’s true, but some alopecia has unknown causes. With these cases, the person has done nothing wrong, their body just attacks their hair follicles.
@@netraflo body attacking follicles ? 😓
@@Nat007_ yes…it’s frustrating bc you don’t know why 🥲
@@Nat007_Yes! I have sle lupus, had it since I was 18. I'm 38 now, and I developed alopecia just like this lady, at the crown. My lupus attacks whatever it decides, within my body, inside out, including my own hair follicles.
@@netraflo🎯💯🙏🏾😢
I think you did an excellent job!
Thank you
Amazing job well done!
just a question .... why wouldn't you use some layers of protection ? wouldn't that prevent further damage ?
Wow!!! You have a passion for your craft ❤ amazing 👏🏿 🙌🏽 😉 😍
10:27 I was hyped to see this when I saw the advertised thumbnail, but it was a bit disappointing for me!
I do give you props for the creativity, and alopecia client is blessed to have you! But, I was hoping for more of a reveal, I'm guessing the client didn't really want to be on camera?
I would love to purchase the closure. Where was the closure from?
I like the blow dryer! Where can I order? Wonderful job on her hair😄❤
Brilliant!!!
U did great. I would have wanted the entire spot closed. Keep the videos coming. God bless u baby
Very inspiring...thank you for sharing
Thank you
I think a net would work well also. . I m not a glue person. Try sewing in the hair. I know you are doing what your client ask for. Well done! It look good.
Fantastic job.
You did a good job! I just applying the glue directly into her scalp will more damage. I used to go to the hair club and they put the glue directly into my scalp and now my alopecia is worse and I can’t find any hairstylist near me who specialize in black Women’s hair loss
You did amazing job
Amazing!
It looks so natural..well done! Would you know if they do this for caucasian women? I've always had a strange growth patern with the back of my head..a cowlick I guess? It seem to be getting worse as I get older.
I did a similar method for someone some years ago but didn’t apply glue, I did a circular cornrow in the middle and sewed on a closure there, she was apply to still apply oils etc, I wouldn’t advise on glueing it down unless there’s no other option
You did an amazing job
That’s absolutely beautiful
This same process can be done using micro links and a net and sew down the closure cause that lace glue will pull the hair out lace glue is made for the skin you have better options without lace glue fyi
ok thank you for your informative comment, i will love to try that method!!!
I hear a lot of people saying this as a stylist of 23 years I have to disagree lace weaves are for lace glue. It was created for women with alopecia and balding. The lady who created it herself was a bald lady it was definitely made for this purpose as long as it's properly removed
Muito interessante o seu trabalho, onde eu posso comprar este secador que vc usou no cabelo da sua cliente
What type of hair is the closure? Do you mind sharing the equipments and products used in the video thanks 👍
yes i will be sure to add that in upcoming uploads. I am using a kinky straight 4x4 closure, i am not 100% where she purchased it. I used alophogee protein spray, biosilk therapy, ghost bond glue, hold me down prep spray and got2b glue spray!
Awesome job..well done 👏 👍
Did a great 👍😃 job
Great job.👏👏👏👏👍
Absolutely awesome!!
Thank you
Yes it's a lot of women and men loosing their hair and a real hairdresser tells their clients tips on how to manage their hair care issues when they are away from the salon for real alopecia is curable because I had six clients with it and all six of my clients are alopecia free because of my hair care tips and styling
Vitamins help iron pills, multi vitamins, prenatal pill, B complex vitamins, D3 vitamin
Your nails are just fine. I hate being touched by anyone wearing those big comedy talons, God alone knows the filth trapped underneath them. You made an awesome job on that lady’s hair ❤
Ojalá no se le acabe de caer el cabello, con ese montón de productos pegantes , quien sabe cuánto afecta el cuero cabelludo.

I love her hair. I’m dealing with alopecia. Can you do my hair?
In that baldy area, will it ever be able to grow hair again
