Lost my hair also to alopecia. After a year of them telling me I’d never regrow I took matters into my own hands. I use minoxidil 5% morning and night. I use a laser brush 3 times a week. I take hair vitamins daily. I wash my hair every other day with cleansing shampoo. My hair is now 6 inches long after a year and I have only a dime size spot that never came back. Thank you so much for watching. I wish I could see you. I’m sure there’s a way to give you the hair slay you deserve. Keep looking in your local area or on social media. Took me a long time to find a braider that was willing to take risks. If you’re on Instagram put Alopecia braider in the search and those girls show you how to do it step-by-step so if you find somebody who can braid and they’re willing to take a chance I’m sure the more they try they will get better and thank you for allowing them to try. That’s what I did.❤️
When Sis said she had to go back into the layers bc she had limited hair, lol 😂. Our Heavenly Father knows that I too, can and will, create an entire hairstyle with limited hair and idc if it’s only 2 tracks 😐😌
Definitely can relate. I didn't have any edges for a while, back in June, I started using Vick rub on my edges and stayed away from wigs and braids and my edges grew back. Two months my hair grew and my edges. I do recommend Vicks rub for hair growth.
Both. After you grease your hair then put some oil in your hair so the smell won't be loud. Another way it can be used is put it in your hair overnight then wash it out.
Hi how is everyone, did you say you used Vicks vapor rub for hair growth, and if so will that help for alopecia to, yes she did that I appreciate it, I just cut mine off, boy cut

Alopecia areata, has been linked to high estrogen levels.. excessive estrogeni in the body not only is toxic, but becomes converted into a form of testosterone; DHT (cause of hair loss) Your body expresses that you are diabetic or pre-diabetic. Dial into your diet, incorporate more protein (amino acids) and trace minerals, try to regulate your blood glucose. This will allow your body to naturally lower insulin, and stop the fat storing process. You will find that your hair will return and your body will be less inflamed. You are a beautiful woman! With a fantastic personality! ❤️❤️
Thank you so much for this information. I will do some research and see what I come up with because most Doctors only want to push meds. First stop is info on lowering estrogen levels naturally.
@@ceeo4life You can lower your estrogen levels naturally by lowering your carbohydrate intake. Incorporate more protein, fat and fibre into every meal. Try avoid snacking in between meals, if you do..make it a protein source. I completely agree with you about doctors over medicating people! In their defence, they only take like 12 hrs of nutrition. Sad really! The cool part is, you’re in control! Let food be your medicine ❤️ Big hugs!!
DHT, I found some hair oil from the beautyT supply store on clearance for 1$ I wish I would have gotten them all. It's used to block DH T. I have alopecia as well, and the dermatologist said I have a healthy scalp, but the hair will NEVER grow back. I've been using the oil, and clove water , that I make myself. I see New growth, I can't believe it. I'm also diabetic, and I have ruined my body, because I believe I'm addicted to sugar. Knowing I'm diabetic I went on a bubble gum Bing. New bubble gum balls, I told my daughter to get me 3 bags. She said no mom, you don't need all that. I said they will be put up, so she got them. That bubble gum ,messed up my arms. Bye the 4th day of binging, I looked at my arms and said, wtf happened. My skin on my arms are HANGING. I'm so sad about it, because I knew better. I really forgot what that sugar could do to me.I was enjoying so much, now I'm suffering. Thanks for listening.
Thank you so much for watching. I hope your girlfriend will try this style and love the outcome. Tell her join the family.I can answer any questions she may have. ❤️
Bravo! Been dealing with alopecia areata since 2022. It grew back in pretty good last year. I got a quick weave last month and left it in for 3 weeks and I’m basically back to square one 😢. That glue is terrible for alopecia sufferers. Lesson learned! This time around, I didn’t get depressed. I’ll to back to doing my deep conditioning with my steam cap and massaging my scalp. I believe it will grow back yet again..🙌🏼

First time up here...Great video! Simple and doable even for frontal edge damage ... Thanks for posting...😊
Please check out some of my other cover up videos. I appreciate you ❤️
I'm so glad I found your channel, I too have frontal lobe alopecia. I shaved my whole head, because I couldn't get my wigs to stay on. Hopefully I will learn how to do it. 🙂
Thank you for joining the family. ❤️ I will be more than happy to show you some of the tips I use.
She should’ve swooped the long front pieces a little to the back covering the sides! Good job though ❤
When you have alopecia, your scalp is very sensitive, so I try to do styles that allow my scalp to breathe as much as possible❤️
@@ceeo4life I get it! ❤️
You did a beautiful creation with your hair! You are so sweet and pretty!❤
Keep posting I love it
Thank you so much for watching ❤️
Amen cindyjordon, so agree and appreciate your comment. Yes, she is such an inspiration. God bless

Beautiful. Love your confidence. Your hair is pretty and so are you
Thank you ❤️. We have to keep ourselves lifted up at all times. Thanks for watching
I sincerely hope 🙏 that they will make something that will fix the problem of alopecia instead of just making money off people buying their products that don't work.
You have done a great job of covering it up. Beautiful 😍
I hope so too. It affects so many women and men it’s crazy.❤️❤️❤️
OMG! Thank you my Beloved Sister ❤️🙏 Blessings to you.i needed encouragement! Keep on blessings us with your dynamic skills! You made my day! Much Love& Light!
Anytime thank you for watching. Let me know if you have any questions.
I really enjoyed this video it was very easy quick I suffer from alopecia I'm 60 years old and I just wear wigs because I had no idea what to do with my hair I'm crying saying this now I will step out to try new things on my own because I cannot find why I have not found a beautician that is consistent with doing my hair I even had one that made my alopecia worse than what it was God bless you sister for sharing
Thank you so much for watching. Many of the styles can be duplicated if you’re willing to take time and practice. Remember to always protect your hair from the glue with wrap strips and bond Protector.❤️❤️❤️
Nice video 😊! I suffer with alopecia too
Thank you for watching. We can stick together and encourage each other. ❤️ You are not alone
Wow she did fantastic job it's good thing learned how do hair so don't even look like has Alapica
Thank you❤️
It looks lovely I too have alopecia but I don’t have as much as you in the back to make a whole ponytail but all of my top is gone all of the top of my hair is gone and it’s just hard to find people who would take the time do you know you know you understand you understand if nobody else does you understand but you look beautiful your hair is pretty and I did hit the hit the subscribe button so keep the videos coming thank you😊♥️♥️♥️
Thank you so much for watching. That’s what I did.❤️
You are a beautiful Sister. Thank you for sharing!
Thank you ❤️ Anytime
Hi Cee, thank you for teaching me to protect my scalp from further damage. The wrap strip is genius underneath the tracks. ❤
Thank you so much ❤️
When Sis said she had to go back into the layers bc she had limited hair, lol 😂.
Our Heavenly Father knows that I too, can and will, create an entire hairstyle with limited hair and idc if it’s only 2 tracks 😐😌
There you have it ladies and gents we make things happen over here. By any means necessary ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Love it. Nice lady 😍🥰& truly admire the confidence.💙
Thank you so much ❤️
I wear mine bald and proud
Proud of you❤️
Definitely can relate. I didn't have any edges for a while, back in June, I started using Vick rub on my edges and stayed away from wigs and braids and my edges grew back. Two months my hair grew and my edges. I do recommend Vicks rub for hair growth.
Thanks for sharing this tip❤️ Glad you had success with Vicks Vapor Rub.
Do u leave vicks in or wash out after awhile
Both. After you grease your hair then put some oil in your hair so the smell won't be loud. Another way it can be used is put it in your hair overnight then wash it out.
I love your disclaimer, but Vicks is about to be flying off the shelf 😂. I’m will to give it a try. What else do I have to lose at this point 🙃. 🥰🥰
Hi how is everyone, did you say you used Vicks vapor rub for hair growth, and if so will that help for alopecia to, yes she did that I appreciate it, I just cut mine off, boy cut
💗💃 Your end results were beautiful, love the confidence.
I appreciate you ❤️

I have alopecia. No hair in the front but hair in the back. It’s frustrating because I’m new to this. I didn’t know the were hair that goes in the front of the head. That makes things easier. In all honesty I don’t wearing wigs, they make my head super hot. It’s so uncomfortable. I like what you did with your hair. Good job!!!
Thank you so much ❤️. You should try this.
Wow this is a awesome idea! Thanks!

@@mobutter2879 thank you
DHT, I found some hair oil from the beautyT supply store on clearance for 1$ I wish I would have gotten them all.

Yes ❤️keep your hope and spirits up. Just know you are beautiful no matter what.
