I feel you vibing with that rtx 3080 and ur 390 hz monizor, loved the video and the keybaord , i also saw a decent amount of stutters , ik its not cuz of thr gpu , it will mostly be the cpu , so i wanted to know what cpu do u have , cuz the cpu need to support thr fps that u want to get and like even in creative u get stutters and not stable 390 hz
