Had rea and Lowes not crashed they would probably keep Bautista busy at the back longer. Also Yamaha better focus on recorder and piano business. I am so glad Toprak has moved from this PoS to BMW.

Synchronised Kawasaki self destruction was quite special. I thought that they touched each other but they both lost the front almost at the same time.

Absolutely Toprak, is both the Superpol race and the 2nd. It was the best in the race. How sad it was to take the race to the end by taking the leader and losing it on the last straight!
Toprak didn't win the race but his relentless effort to push the limits and beyond displayed that he is a champion. It's a shame that we can not see a talented driver like him on a competitive Superbike or MotoGP bike.. Alvaro on the other hand could also just relax and drive 2nd position home. He chose to attack and fight for the win. Of course he and his Ducati are a beast on the straight, but he could use it to his advantage. The grip and drive he generated out of the last corner/sector was not only a Ducati thing. Props and respect to both riders! Let's hope BMW can provide Toprak the necessary tools so we have a lot of nice fights for the championship!
