I bought a 2024 SS Sunday!! Have only put 40 miles on it and it’s already in for its first warranty diag (keeps dying when I stop) but other than that it’s SOOOOO fun!!!
It's definitely a fun little bike! Let me know what the issue is/was when you figure it out! Only thing I can think of, is that you may not be pulling in the clutch when you're coming to a stop. (Assuming it's your first bike, not trying to be rude)
@@Next2Null no worries man! It’s happening when I start the bike in the morning and letting it warm up. I’ll fire it back up, it’ll idle just fine. I’ll go ride for a few miles, and then I’ll stop, put it in neutral, and as soon as the bike is tipped onto the kickstand, it dies. The last thing I heard from the dealer is that the bike is torn down to some degree and CFMOTO themselves is getting involved 😅
A moto like this makes the whole commute*** something to actually not dread. I wish I could find a Papio SS closer to me. If I can't, I'm just going to go for the Grom as my first.
It's a blast! Definitely the most fun "around town" bike I've owned. Where as my Ninja is only fun in the canyons, or highway. Groms are great bikes too though, more mods, and more tested reliability. Looks pretty basic though imo.
@@Next2Null I'm just super afraid of whatever I get being stolen. I live in Chicago, I wish I could kinda just drag it into the apartment. Luckily the building has a small community garage but not sure if it would really stop anyone. Also not sure what the best thing to do is when I want to go to the washroom at a gas station or eat somewhere. I was looking into the bright loud wheel locks, maybe even a cover and GPS. The bike would be my main ride for everything.
The Papio has a built in GPS tracker, one of my favorite things about it. No Extra charges or subscriptions, just works via the CFMoto App. Also, CFMoto in general, are less likely to be stolen than Hondas. Partly due to the tracker id assume. But Popularity/Reliability/Parts availability (to make it look "not stolen")Have Groms in Denver getting stolen near daily.
Makes sense, basically the same motor but Honda is just better at building motorcycles at this point in time. Auto Transmission probably helps a bit too.
It's just some knockoff from AliExpress, none of the mainstream companies make anything for it yet. Pretty sure this video was when my clutch cable was loose so it sounds like that. (Since fixed, to my knowledge)

@@cnichols998 That's super strange, I'll be curious to see how it's resolved and if a warranty will be put out🤔
@@Next2Null I sure hope so! I’ve had the bike less than a week 😅
@@cnichols998does the kick stand have a kill switch ?

I would like to ask, what is the fuel consumption of this bike, and how many miles can it cover if the fuel tank is filled?
It has 2 Gallon tank, and I can go about 150 Miles on a tank. So I'd say about 60-75mpg depending on how hard you ride.
Thanks,I am planning to get this bike as my first motocycle.@@Next2Null

I own the Papio and it’s definitely slower than my stock Monkey.

Sounds like you have an aftermarket exhaust?
Yes! In this video it has an AliExpress exhaust, but I recently just installed the Yoshimura Slip-on that just came out.
@@Next2Null do you have the link for the yoshi? do you have any problem so far?
Nice I want this for my first bike
dude i just wanna buy one of these so bad and this video may have just sold it
Awesome, You won't regret it! Ride Safe!
What exhaust you have? Also, any reason why you’re not letting off the gas every shift? Cool bike btw
