Two basic safety measures are have the safety on and never have your finger on the trigger unless you’re about to use it. It’s dumb people who have “accidents.”
Just a word of caution, a lot of Fathered-In guns and some guns produced since before the 2000s have a small likelihood of discharging accidentally. It is incredibly rare but stuff like faulty ammo, poor maintenance, and even high and low temperatures with said types of guns can lead to this. Always do maintenance and repair on live guns to ensure no accidents. But I think it's safe to say, this incident isn't one of them.

@ I hate XQC !!!!!111
ur watching so you must be the expert
8:37 shut up watch the video u don’t know what happened
No, XQC is pretty spot on here actually. Pretty hard to “accidentally” aim And pull the trigger while a gun is aimed at someone. Unless they aimed at someone and then did a Sympathetic squeeze during a sneeze, but then why would you be aiming at someone in the first place?
Perp: Hey guys I shot my girl 2 days ago. Yeah man. It's tough.
Police: Oh really? Let's discuss this for 30 minutes while you're not in cuffs, capable of pulling out a gun on me at any point if you're even mildly crazy as you appear to be. So is she still alive?
HELLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO???????????
let me guess, it was a dead guy
when is this xq guy gonna play games?
Don't ever agree or take Xqc's advice on anything that has to do with guns or self defense... matter of fact. Don't agree or take his advice on anything. This dude was sheltered growing up and has never lived a normal persons life in the actual real world.
doesn't change much, he is right cuz he is using his brain sometimes, can't say same thing about guys that defend guns all the time. He was more pointing that people should have licence and shouldin't be allowed to just have gun without it. Usa have problem with guns and tbh at this point nothing can change it. In my country we don't have guns and there was never even 1 shool schooting nor anything close to it, never seen gun and never wanna see any gun, no gun shots, no idiots with firearms that by "misstake" killed someone etc. gun for "self defence" is just dumb, they are many ways to defend yourself without a gun (pepper spray for example), I mean fortunately i never fell unsafe anywhere in my country, but even if some psycho would atack people with knife in public place or school, hes not gonna do as much damage as he would with the gun.

w criminal, w cops at the beginning, l cops at the crime scene.
criminal +:
gave himself up voluntarily, admitted all the details and locations,
cops at start +:
cops were calm and worked with him, talked to get more details, werent rude.
cops at crime scene +:
insulted him, sarcasm, insinuating hes an idiot, ignoring details the suspect gave.
the criminal and original cops get an A+, the cops at the crime scene get a confirmed C-D, they were terrible.
