I feel like that’s so huge it’s a given that the scenario would ignore the health problems. 10 feet is realistic enough that the health problems would come with it.
Because its assumed that 10 feet tall would be like a normal 10 feet human. Same organ size. But with 3 stories it's assumed that your organs and other body parts also grow to match.
