My eyesight has gotten really bad over the last 2 years. I have always been a casual wearing glasses. Within a space of about 2 years i have been wearing them permanent. I did put on 25kg from 86kg-110kg. Since 2019. And i was diagnosed with diabetes mid last year (around the time my visions gotten even worse) They say loosing weight can help blurry vision. Im not sure what else i can try 😢

Stop eating sugar this includes fruits and honey, stop eating gluten, reduce seed oil consumption and lastly start fasting one meal a day or two meals (there needs to be a 9hr gap between both meals). My eyesight was bad but it’s significantly better I can’t see clearer your body is designed to health itself if you stop abusing it
Blindness can be cured: work at home in 3 areas. Primary vision(occipital lobe), secondary vision(phisical eyes) and terciary vsion(third vision). It works.
