He’s not a voice actor. He’s an “actor” he provided not only the voice but also the entire motion capture for John Marston. Just calling them “voice actors” diminishes and disregards all their hard work immensely. So for the future please keep that in mind and all the best! :)

It is kind of insane how toweringly charismatic his is in life, arguably to a far greater degree than the swinging-badass he's known for playing, yet, he never seems too far deviated from his Marston persona. I'd attribute that to his natural sincerity.
