And that secret is "Don't Study Everything"
You can observe toppers not studying everything with same priority and this is one of the biggest secrets in studies. If you know which part of your syllabi is important then you can give your 80% effort to almost 50% of your syllabus and this will result in releasing your stress and anxiety..

2. 80/20 Pareto's Principle ( majority of questions come from a certain amt of our syllabus which could be 40-50 %)

I used to study whole chapters of book to find some questions hidden in that portion but here he tells us about smart studies that to concentrate on important questions instead of wasting time to study all pages of your book

But I have Distraction from mind means when I go to study my mind instead of study go for thinking about school or anything funny that happens in today or a week before so how to avoid it please say sir
Use Pomodoro technique in which you have to study For 25 Minutes and then You can take break Of 5 Min . At the beginning Try repeating this for 2 -3 times at least .And then increase 25 min to 35 slowly and then 45 min after few weeks . This Really helped Me To Get More focused Into The studies. I had a lot of distractions Few months ago and it was very hard. one more advise that I can give to you Is to make a To - do list. Or to make a time table . In the to - do list you have To Decide Which subject you will going to study and in that subject which chapter and which topic of that particular chapter and on what time you will study it . And also for how much duration you will going to study .to - do list and timetable really helped me to focus on my studies and Goals You should try it .

Chemistey- puri NCERT ghol ke pee ja, sample paper aur repeated questions raat le.
Biology - Class 9th and 10th ka base strong he to bass, Saare chapters ko upar se padh le.
Physics - Most important derivations raaat le, aur theory ko concept se Samaj ke, sample paper solve kr le.
Main bhi yahi strategy follow kr rha

1. Sort out portion into important topics and unimportant topics .
2. Not asking you to leave the unimportant topics instead, prioritize important things as first.
3. How to sort out important part of syllabus?
Answer : 1. keep an over view of the syllabus(get it through your teachers/ institute)
2. Solve past test papers and grasp where the questions are mostly from.
3. Solve mock tests to get a more clear idea.
4. If you are preparing for a competitive exam, check out interviews of toppers from past few years and observe which institute are they from. Then accordingly solve test papers of such institutes.
And yeah you are done with your important part of syllabus🙂
