Agar pure thak ke break lenge to zaada output nhi de paayenge. Lekin kya exactly 25 minute ya 50 minute ke baad break lena hai? To ye koi maths ka formula nhi hai.. Ise ham khud ke mind aur body ko dekh ke samajh sakte hai. Aur uske according break le sakte hai.

Class me top karne se aur zyada marks lane se kuch nhi hota. After some years no one Will see your marks they will see how much you are successful and how much you are earning. So don't get demotivated with low marks. I scored only 70% in 10th but now I'm earning around 80,000 per month and currently I'm single. I'm enjoying my life. That 5 min focus trick actually works years ago i use to do this when i was not able to focus properly. I thought i was the only person who had the lowest focusing power that i have to struggle to focus for 5mins but know i understood its an actual method

Basically, (not to brag) I am a "good" student in studies, and have always ranked from 1st to 5th rank in the class {I am a CBSE 9TH GRADER CURRENTLY).... and People regularly (including my friends and juniors) ask me for tips in studies....
I always tell them this! "Dusro ko padhane se hi humara confidence badhega! Aur concept aur achhe se understand hogi"....even, I, myself, am "that" member of our friends' circle, who teaches the whole syllabus in 30 minutes to 1 hour to the friends....lol....but believe me! THIS WORKS!!
EVEN WHEN I AM DOING MY OWN STUDIES...I stand in front of the mirror and teach myself with the important points and concepts....it's fun and studious too...
