The critter quilt would be cute in a convalescent home. The elderly would love it and bring them joy. I hope people make and donate to them. Our elderly are often forgotten about.

John the Quilter here. I am doing the Piece and Quilt sampler. You are so right, Pat. There are several blocks per month! I am enjoying the process. It’s fun to do, because each block has you using different skills and techniques. I fell behind because we had summer guests, but I’m all caught up now. I’ve just started the Scrap Basket Block for September. I thought it was going to be very complicated until I realized each quadrant repeats. The directional fabric can be challenging, though! Thanks for all you do! The critter quilt came out great!
