Seriously. Why haven't Rockstar added a Police Mode yet? I know that GTA V is a game about being a criminal, but the game has been out for almost 10 years now. Imagine, imagine if they added a Singleplayer Police Mode where you could play as an LSPD or LSSD officer! Where you would be able to go on patrol, write tickets, create roadblocks, get warrents to search houses, perform Police chases and call for backup! The game is so perfect for that! There are so many real life animations too! There are so many people who wants it too! Look at the LSPDFR mods, they are pretty much the closest thing we can get at the moment. Unfortunately, because it's not Rockstar Games themselves, it's extremely buggy, glitchy and laggy and unrealistic in a lot of parts, because it's modders! And also, if they actually did add a Police Mode, they should also update the siren lights on the Police cars. Because the brightness of them is way too low! Not only that, when the beautiful Blue and Red flashing lights are placed on a street during nightime, there is pretty much NO color showing on the enviroment. The light doesn't even reach 5 meters! You almost can't even see them during the day in the Vanilla version. They should also add some more variety on the Police uniforms by adding more variety in the duty belts, the vests, the radio, the Police accessories, and so much more! Right now, the LSPD and LSSD Officers also have terrible uniforms! Here's why:
1. The Duty Belt: They have no pebber spray, no batons, no flashlights, no tazer, no handcuffs sticking out, no keys, and no variety in radio placement
2. The vest: First of all, when the Vanilla Policemen have their vest on, they for some reason COMPLETELY unequip their belts. How lame and unrealistic is that?!?! Also, there is no variety in them either. For example, the vests do not have extra ammo, no pencil, no extra taser, no radio, no extra pouches, and no green reflex version either.
3. The head clothing: There is no modern head clothing on them! There is no cap with the Police text or logo, and there is also no beanie of any type.
So, that is what i think. I think they should update the appearence of the uniforms and vehicles with more variety, and add a Police Mode. Hell, they could just make a standalone Police game! But as it stands, there are SO many Police related animations in the game files that are almost only ever seen in cutscene! This game could be THE best Police Simulator out there. And to those who say that you can just get LSPDFR, shur up. Not everyone wants or needs a $5000+ Computer, and also, as i said, it would be MUCH better if Rockstar themselves did it than modders. Please, MAKE THIS HAPPEN!

Curious how you got visual v and lspdf to work together. I had installed natural vision , visual v , and lspdf and about 10 min into playing game will crash every time, but when I remove lspdf game does not crash, I use ryzen 7 2700 and gtx 1060 6gb 16gb viper ram so system is fine..very frustrating

its not a mode, its a mod
If this was a "mode" then it would have been available for ps4 and xbox for sure lol! It's a MOD though! Created by fans! Consoles don't have that capability of modifying games yet though lol. Maybe in the near future.
Mods are the only thing we want on PlayStation 4 since playing on computer is hard with all the downloading and stuff
@@Vinny-gd2is Computers are obviously superior than consoles. But far too many overall "errors" with games and too much money to spend to keep your computer to up to date for gaming PC constantly! 2016 is when I switched back to consoles. MUCH better!! But with less accessible features such as MODs unfortunately. But I can live with that! And I will keep my current PC as it is and play older classic games such as Mass Effects, GTA 4 police MOD, and even older games such as Rainbow Six Rouge Spear, SWAT 3, etc etc lol.
