Genuinely speaking from experience having worn body armor and carrying the same amount of equipment, you can't run that fast. But yeah it's a game. And to those saying the cops without over-uniform vests aren't protected, they do have body-armour that goes underneath their uniform and above their undershirt.

Body armor should be equal between the swat team and military with exception of military personnel having a helmet. The only thing cops could win would be the driving challenge.
Swat is better in everyway then a marine dude. You need to shoot better then a marine because of the danger of civilian casualties swat also wears much better armor then the military does.
