    2 months later and I'm here to testify. 36 year old mom of 3 boys and my body is giving "no baby yet" vibes. At just once daily everyday, My thighs are curvier. I've always had an ass but now, I have a table behind there with some sexy back dimples and a sculpted back to show off. Everyone is asking what the secret is and I have 3 words "KING OF SQUATS" no more gym. Comfort of my bedroom with loud music and I'm back to self care and self confidence 101. Thank you for this video. Women don't be scared to squat. Drink enough water and drop it like it's hot. 😂😂😂😂 your results won't lie. I have my evidence. What squats cannot do does not exist. 😂😂😂😂😂

    My my my! I did this from beginning to end, taking breaks in between; huffing,
    puffing, and sweating! I refused to stop (pump talking🤣). One point while really low in squat position, I fell and laughed so hard and got back up and continued! Then felt the pump coming on stronger!
    I can’t believe I finished until the end🤯💪🏾 I will continue doing these workouts. Day 1 completed. I am convinced with persistency I will see results- let’s go!!!!

      @HERD_INFERNO Remember to lift weights. Those glutes weren't created on cardio alone. That's a lot of leg weightlifting

      Try weights and you'll have quicker results. He's all muscle from weightlifting not aerobic exercise.
