My my my! I did this from beginning to end, taking breaks in between; huffing, puffing, and sweating! I refused to stop (pump talking🤣). One point while really low in squat position, I fell and laughed so hard and got back up and continued! Then felt the pump coming on stronger! I can’t believe I finished until the end🤯💪🏾 I will continue doing these workouts. Day 1 completed. I am convinced with persistency I will see results- let’s go!!!!
I want big glutes and small waist this is one I can probably master and finish to the end. It also work the arms at the same time. Love it 😍 keep up the good work my brother!!!!!

2 days straight struggling to climb on my bed, even the stairs my thighs were not allowing me to walk, but I'm good now and ready to go forward with the exercises.
OMG they are troopers to keep going😮 I couldn't do the whole set but this work out will have that body right FAST so I will master this .. I saw results after the first day 😂😂😂

@HERD_INFERNO Remember to lift weights. Those glutes weren't created on cardio alone. That's a lot of leg weightlifting
It's not that good for women to lift weight because of having muscle
