I'm amazed. Watched these 6 videos. Have rebuilt engines but never a gearbox. Don't think I ever will! I had wondered if I could replace my balk ring as my 3rd to 2nd shift is very noisy. Think I'l just put up with it. So good of you to share your knowledge. Very, very interesting. Hugh

Fantastic! Thanks for posting this up. As a side question - what do you do to get the finish on the casing? Is it blasted or sprayed?
The case is bead blasted with glass bead media and painted with Duplicolor Cast Coat Aluminum paint.
