I did get my brother to test it out and he was pretty good too. He never did that again either. And I'm like what happened as I'm laughing. That experience gave us a good laugh throughout our lives. I have to tell you when that happens you loose total control for a bit.

Curious to know why your gating those fats? I get it when your picking up multiple barns but a full load from one spot didn’t make much sense. Also on that multiple pick up load why you didn’t put that one bull in the jail and eliminate the hassle??

By weight, sex, and head count. Try to keep barns separate, try to keep bulls separate from cows, sometimes they have to get mixed, but you record their backtag number. A rule of thumb is 5k in the nose, 20k in belly, 20k in center, and 10k on tail. You can go to about 23k in the center and belly ungated, up to around 13k on tail in cool weather. I try to load heavier towards the rear, since I pull a triple axle. No more than 8 in any compartment. DOT hounds us religiously, it's just a big game of cat and mouse.

@@simplymoonchild3908 They can but not intentionally, they can crush you in an instant between two of them, I almost got crushed myself one day helping my brother-in-law move 50 big milkers into the barn and when I was getting ready to bend down to wash their teets for the milking machine 2 cows got together and started leaning into me and crushing me, scared the shit out of me, thank god my brother in law was there to slap them or I would have been dead.
A scared or angry cow can hit you with the force of a truck... Rather they mean to do it or not, it's the same outcome... Ur hurt!! U gotta be very cautious with them in confined spaces. Cows weigh up to 1500 pounds and bulls can go over 2000 pounds, they don't have to try to hurt you, even the gentlest animal can have a moment of fear or stupidity.

That's not a very nice statement I would say he is not scared to death of them he might be cautious because he knows what can happen. Cows are not that easy to deal with especially when it's slick and sloppy and you're trying to load them in a trailer. So there's no way he scared to death of them or he wouldn't be hauling them, because he knows he has to interact with them so that statement was plain BS.
The “help” was no help at all. He was shocking them and causing them to run backwards. TJ actually seems to know what he’s doing and has patience because he’d prefer not to shock them.
Oh look a dirty trial once again, this guy is just lazy that trailer should be spotless for them cows to go in. And it don't matter if there going for meat it should still be clean. And then cleaned afterwards as well. It's very easy to do you know.
