    need instructions for next exercise a lot sooner than just when we need to do it. Video jumped or stalled on me. Love ;your older videos with the group of senior citizens, wish you did more of those.

    good while it lasted, but your workouts need to have some kind of cool down ending. Very jarring just to have ended it the way you did. with a proper cool down it would have been great..
