Always start early morning from the city say 4.30 or 5 am. Because there will be lot of traffic at 7 am onwards. School, college and office.
You can climb the hill during day time and reach the destination safely.
Never start late otherwise you may not be able to cover the distance in a planned manner, especially with family.
