  • See how to grease the swingarm bearings on your Honda Rancher in this video from Partzila.com!
But first… a cautionary tale. This Honda TRX350 is a 2003, and it’s in trouble. The swingarm bearings are shot. Of course, some of that is wear that comes with age. But one way to keep bearings from wearing out is to keep them greased.
So in this video, John will talk you through the general design of the swingarm bearing setup, and then he’ll show you everything he has to do to replace the bearings. Normally, we’d take you through it turn-by-turn, and of course you can see how to do it here, but that’s not the point.
Instead, you’ll see how much work you’ll save by just greasing the bearings.
Once we’re done showing you all the work to replace the swingarm bearings on this Rancher, John will show you how to grease the swingarm bearings and keep your components from wearing as quickly.

In the video we’re working with a 2003 Honda Rancher 350, but you will have similar steps for your Honda Rancher. If you’re not sure whether these steps apply to your machine, leave a comment and we’ll get back to you.

"sealed" bearings are easy to grease. Carefully peal out the seal ring with a razor knife. Do not bend it. Grease up and press seal ring back in
