I don’t know who came up with this show but it would be great if more bosses would “catch” their employees doing fantastic jobs. I’ll bet it happens a lot more than you think! Some stores are owned by individual franchise owners. Once in a while you get one that is a piece of crap. The store by my place got repossessed by Marco's because they owners were shady.
My daughter & I have never had a Marco's Pizza. They opened the year I was born, though-- 1978!! There's a Marco's Pizza nearby to us, as it turns out! We're going to order their Pizza very soon.

A new Marco's just opened near me and I was excited to give it a carryout try tonight for the first time. I heard a lot of positive things about this chain, but I gotta say I was left disappointed. It was rather pricey for what it was and it tasted exactly like Domino's to me. Completely edible yet still completely average pie. I guess I need to stick with the local mom & pop pizzarias to get something exceptional.
Lots of competition in Sanford FL, lots of pizza places so they have to be good. Just visited recently but didn't eat pizza, found a great Greek place.

I worked for a Marcos in JC, TN. The store was very nasty and the corporation & franchisee rarely checked up on the store. I sent numerous pictures of the filthy store and sent them to the franchisee. Several weeks later the owner suspended me for 2 weeks. Probably because I sent him pictures, he said I was being rude. lol! Also, the company is very disrespectful and uncivilized towards older drivers & disabled people. Worst job ever! BTW. I still have the pics 🙂
Dumb advice, I was paid min wage and treated like crap until I stopped working menial jobs and got a degree. This boy was lucky in not only having exposure, but becoming a favorite, being young, and not having any major life issues at that moment that would have made him stressed. I dunno, maybe some people are just lucky, but for those who are not willing to live in poverty, or play the lottery. Learn a skill that is hard to master, but easy to employ. Become really specialized. Then amazingly you will be treated right not by luck, but by being in demand, and on a daily basis. Working hard for these owners is only going to give you back issues, trust me on that, still have issues from working at Panera, and you do not want the hernia in my neck right now, trust me!

I am on a one man mission to sing the praises of there no quality, no flavor, overpriced food as well as their 'f*ck you' customer service. Don't even get me started on the 'cleanliness' of their lobby. I wouldn't allow a house pet to eat off the floors there.

Wish my local Marcos would produce the quality this store does. We order in Grove City, Ohio and we're lucky if our order ever shows up.

When I am in Puerto Rico I buy from them. We have them where my mother lives. Walking distance ,plus they deliver. Great service.
