In this video I am testing the new Javelin slugs in 22 cal on 35m.
I am using:
Slugs: Javelin .217
Gun: FX Impact X 22 cal with slugliner A

Good video. I bought a pack of each in 217 and 218. I’m currently with a 600 mm slug A. I also have the slug power kit and the power plenum. The 26 grains in 218 groups best for me @ 1000 fps
25 gr and 33 gr are the best in my opinion thanks buddy for sharing bsafe ty awesome stuff
I find that the pellets doe well up to about 75m from my 700mm slug liner. Running the 18.1 at about 1000fps. My Impact loves the H&N 23gr slugs, and is ok with the JSB knockouts (they were both tested at 50m. Strangely my rifle does not like the 25gr monster redesign at all.
Thanks for comparing the different weights in both slugs and pellets. I cannot achieve the velocities that you do, so am limited to what I shoot out of my Impact. Accurate with 18 & 25gr JSB's and very accurate with H&N 21gr. The 25gr Knockouts and H&N slugs are just not fast enough (Approx 900fps)

Any results on 1070 fps. . I need speed over 1040fps .22 26grain up to 34 grain. Can the Maverick shoot high speed with results in .22.
Please take 50 yards as your minimum range for grouping.. but thanks for this video

Problem I'm having is none of the lads have actually done any grouping with the Javelins, but then seeing how their POI is sometimes so far away from their POA, it's not surprising. Also, watching their videos the Javelins have been seen to be spiralling which is crap, slugs shouldn't unless there's a design fault. So I'll stick with pellets as they are better than Javelins. Or I'll use NSA OR WILDMAN SLUGS. Enjoy your videos buddy
Have you turned for consistent fps,?
The gun is tuned for power level 5 to have around 3 fps spread over 28 shots with 25gr H&N slugs
Ok, have you tried a couple different lubes for the pellets?
