Q2. "Instead of the teacher holding the information and lecturing," What's the opposite of holding the information? Isn't it to share? I agree with b, but to achieve answer b, answer a is a plausible route.
We answer based on what's being said in the clip. Weston saya that students and teachers can work together, in other words students are not just being fed information.

CELPIP is A Canadian English proficiency test, similar to IELTS. It's accepted as a proof of your English proficieny when applying for Canadian permanent residency or citizenship.

It may help to write a table with the names that you hear. Anything related to each individual can then be written under that name for easier tracking.
