I enjoyed visiting Hastings on Wednesday and Sunday as I was staying at Combe Haven holiday park and the pebble beach was spacious but steep going down for a paddle at high tide lovley seafront walk and very close to the town centre but sadly the pier was closed when I went both times as wanted to walk down it but still Hastings is a nice place town centre was good too had a lot of shops but sadly didn't go into old town as we didn't see it on Sunday I walked from Combe Haven to Hastings pier which took me 50 mins as I'm good at exercise the sea was crystal clear waters and moderate waves nice breeze when I went Wednesday it was blowing a gale but lovley scenery in Hastings and a good town
