It's a strange looking town. It looks like a tired rundown 1970's Le Corbusier dystopia. Pity what the post war planners did to a once historic town. They've left virtually nothing of the pre-war buildings😥

when you got to the dalyan sign you should of continued up the road. there are plenty more bars and restaurants up there and down by the river.👊

My grandparents retired to Sidmouth in the 1980s. I have so many many fond summer memories from this place. Sadly there is not many places like this left, a proper British seaside town.

Silly statues don’t help anyone who are struggling financially in any town.

I am so glad I was there almost 40 years ago. Santorini is still beautiful, but HUGELY overcrowded now. Looks more like Disneyland rather than like a place inhabited by locals.
