I have the same 450 and I love it. Your videos are great for showing me what's possible with future upgrades. For now I've kept mine stock. I probably couldn't give up my storage space up front though the way you did 🤣. Have fun man.
I’m running 29.5 outlaw 2s on a 14 inch rim as well, did you notice any significant drop in power. Mines a 570 and I feel like the tires are too heavy for the machine. Also should mention they came from a rzr.
Yup they fit with spacers on the front, no need for them on the rear. I ended up getting another set of wheels with a different offset and you don't need spacers at all then.
@@garageforty2 so you need them to clear the 29.5’s I presume. Im just getting a list ready for what i need to install some tires myself. A arms, lift and spacers, clutch kit. It’s getting expensive 😂😂
How you liking the outlaw 2? Just put them on mine with the Mudder clutch as well and it has bogged down on me twice this past weekend needing to be pulled out
Hey man how did it run power wise I run a epi clutch kit on my 06 450 I want to put 30” terache on mine they weigh 41lbs a piece I currently run 27” bighorns so I want a bigger tire but don’t think I will notice a difference going to a 28 could it still spin them in mud
Fronts definitely look like they got some positive camber, rip to the stock axles. There’s no way they’ll hold up imo. Love the build, been giving me ideas to do to my 21 570
It’ll hold up i have a 450 basically built like his exept it dont have the clutch kit but i have the 29.5 outlaw 2 and i beat the crap out of it in the mud and havent broken a axle thankfully
I've seen all these build vids and it seems like a waste for a 450, its not like Honda that only has a 450 and 520 , you have 4 options, 450, 570, 850, 1000 and you chose the smallest for a mud build that's getting almost 30" Tires.
Yeah, but the whole point was to try to build a machine that was significantly cheaper to do the same as the more expensive ones. Personally I didn't wanna spend over $8k on buying/building a machine. If I had the $$ to burn an 850 build would have been the way to go...lol
@@garageforty2 a 570 is only like $500 more to make 30% more power, and a 450 just wont do the same as a built mud bike. sure you can go through water up to the headlights but if you think your doing it as good as like a can am 1000 or even an 850, sorry but your lying to yourself. they will do it more reliably and far easier since they make a ton of power.

Awesome!! Thanks for watching!!
Do you have a clutch kit?

Yeah I noticed a drop in power but the clutch kit helps a lot.
Maybe i missed it but the 29.5’s fit with your 2” lift and 2” spacers? No spacer on the back?

@@garageforty2 well thats awesome. i need to invest in some 29.5's for my Ranger maybe..thank ya sir..keep on wheelin :)
I just watched your vid where you installed the A Arms. Are they still on the 450?
@@glenyukon9923 Yes they are

Ohhh really!? I've been so busy I haven't had it out yet! I plan on trying them this weekend finally, gonna do a video on it. So I'll let ya know!
did you have to get after market wheels?
Those are stock with spacers

It does well! I think the teraches are bit heavy, but it turns the 29.5” outlaws good with a clutch kit!

That’s good and kind of surprising. I broke an axle on my 21 at 25 hours, just after break in fluid change. Bone stock
Yeah I can't wait to see how the 450 handles these tires! Thanks for watching! Love the 21 sportsmans, been thinking about getting one.
Oh it will hold those stock axles are strong
They're not that strong
do u like the tire remover
Yeah I do! Works good for atv tires, just not nice wheels lol, unless you have a way to protect them
EPI makes 150# springs. Mine now rides like a dump truck
Definitely a nice upgrade 👌 and the gen 1 r lighter than the gen 2 so that's even better
Thanks! Yeah that’s better for sure!
Would you sell your old tires
Not yet lol
Get a rjwc exhaust for the 450 I need to hear the sound of it for my 450 so I know to get it or note
Ahhh unfortunately I already have an mbrp on it sorry!
You should install some hayfabs headlights
I’ll have to check into them!
Get a rjwc.Krossflow exhaust for it
Those notches u hit a bump hard enough it will fall off of the notice u set it at
Oh man, that’s good to know I’ll have to keep an eye on it.
@@garageforty2 just making sure you know that that happened to me and my atv started pulling to the left because of it took me a month to find out

Wanna sell those mega mayhems?
Lol, not quite yet.
@@garageforty2 you like them better than the assassins?
@@ethandetora3743 the assassins are awesome! I'd love to try them. After i run the outlaws for a bit I'll have to decide which I like better.
