The Legend of Zelda Theory: Fate of the Tribes

- The Fate of the Tribes. Between Ocarina of Time and The Wind Waker, there was a flood that sunk the land of Hyrule under an endless ocean. The fate of some of the tribes during this time has been left very vague, particularly the Goron and the Gerudo. In this theory I'm going to explain the how and the why for the four main tribes seen in the Wind Waker; the Kokiri (Korok), the Goron, the Zora (Rito) and the Gerudo.

Wow Wind Waker Ganondorf is a really interesting incarnation of him, as you said it seems like he wants more than just to rule over hyrule.
Little Nibblet I really like that whole "I want power. Power great enough to break fate."-thing. It's so epic and tragic.
You commonly associate a big greedy boar with Gannondorf. But a big black, chained lion would do the trick aswell.
GruntSquad92 i always feel sad for Wind waker Gannondorf
Little Nibblet Some say that this ganon wasn't evil, and is free from demise's influence. And his wish was to restore hyrule at his former glory, not necesarily dominate above everyone
Well WindWaker Ganon is Ganon as whole, it's always the same incarnation
@@ruyman90 absolute bullshit .
To think that Ganondorf actually acts pretty much out of emotion instead of plain evilness in Wind Waker makes him more interesting as a character, which is nice for a change. It also kinda makes the game more sad when you realize that the Gerudos vanished completely. The Great Flood seemed like a divine gift, but not for Ganon's people. He may be the Evil King but that does not change his lineage or the fact that he may care for his people deeply one way or another. The Gerudos never have been given that much attention which is a shame since their culture seems really interesting as well as their place in Hylian History. The Zora's, Gorons and so forth are pretty straightforward or at least leave little space for being a counterpart to the Hylians. A game exploring some more of the Gerudos' background would really shine some light on a bit neglected part of the Zelda franchise, especially as a follow up to the Demise/Hylia construct. Anyway, I really much enjoy your videos, it is clear that you put a lot of effort in it and I cannot hear that you're Dutch (I am Dutch as well), so keep up the good work! It really enlarges the experience during re-plays! :)
That...actually made Ganondorf seen sad. Can't say I expected that when I clicked on this video.
One of the few criticisms of Wind Waker is that while the visuals are brilliant, Its not as dark, realistic or serious as the other 3D Zeldas, but this video made me realize that Wind Waker is the most mature Zelda title to this date. Its kind of like Persona 4 in that regard, although on the surface the overall style is a deviation from the dark tones of previous installments, the characters have much more realistic interactions and desires, their both more down to earth then others of the series.
I would say that Gerudos actually become the third tribe that we were not able to visit in on Great Fish Isle. They were wiped out by Ganondorf after he finds out that his people as "betrayed" him. They become one of the three blessed tribes after Gorons got kicked out for some reason and are entrusted with the Nayru's pearl. The location of the Great Fish Isle could be some of the higher points of Gerudo Valley, where the Gerudo Fortress become the Forsaken Fortress, and the Lake Hylia (which is connected to Gerudo Valley) become Outset Island. This would explain why Jabun is found hidden in the Outset Island
I pretty much accept your theories as canon now
gyinagal If it makes sense, why not?
She was truly one of the best Zelda theorists, if not the best.
huh...never thought i'd feel bad for Ganon but when i beat WW i was a bit too young to catch all the context and story..i just thought i was slaying a bad-guy
+StealthNull We often saw simply black and white... And it's kind of sad.
You were just slaying a bad guy , it’s the same ganondorf , look at any scenario before and after this one , when he comes to power , nothing but darkness. .
Finally, someone with working closed captions. Seems that you put a lot of time into your work.
Thank you! I'm glad to know it's helpful :)

Hi Vortexxygaming I heard that the Hero of time did not appear when Gannondorf returned in the Adult timeline was because Zelda sent Link back to the Child Timeline so he was not there to Stop Gannondorf in the Adult timeline, also Gannondorf is dead in both the Child and Adult timeline and the only way we can see Gannondorf again is in the fallen hero timeline cause Gannondorf last we heard he was killed in the fallen Hero timeline but they said something about reviving him in Zelda 2 but failed I would like to see a sequel to that game where they bring that Gannondorf back.
Daniel Bertazzon I hear that one often, but you have to remember that Ganondorf didn't break free from the Sacred Realm until a few hundred years had passed already. So, even if OoT Link had stayed, he would've been dead already. So regardless, a new hero would have had to have shown up.
***** Actually, that is not necessarily true. It seems that you have misunderstood what was said at the Tower of the Gods. When King Daphnes revealed to Link and Zelda what had transpired, he said that the gods chose who would build a new country and sealed the old kingdom of Hyrule away. Hundreds of years have passed since the sealing of Hyrule.
So, to recap:
1. Hero of Time Link was sent back to the past.
2. Ganon escaped the Sacred Realm some day after that.
3. The gods sealed the kingdom of Hyrule away after insuring the ones chosen to start a new country somewhere else were "safe."
4. Hundreds of years have passed.
5. Wind Waker storyline commences.
If you noticed at the end of the game, Ganondorf mistakes Hero of Wind Link for the Hero of Time Link, which was the Link he was waiting to fight. So, according to WW, there was no "Hero" between OoT and WW in the adult timeline.
Gannondorf Mentions Hero of Time Link in the Wind waker I did not know that, also I think that because they introduced Demise in a previous game they may want to bring him back in a Future game would it be cool if Link and Gannondorf joined forces to fight Demise in a Future Game?
Once again amazing video! Great job!
wonderful work. I can tell how passionate you are about this franchise. 10/10
This video fleshed out Ganon and I loved it
Good theories and good content plus a beautiful voice
This is an amazing video.
I'm never gonna look at/play Windwaker the same way. Though only a theory, it was highly entertaining and look forward to future vidoes!
I subbed because you are the only zelda narrator who isn't insufferable, fake sounding, or trying too hard
it’s a shame, from what it seems she either died (according to her collaborators) or just vanished
@@randomt800kiddo2 Wow are you serious?? That's really a shame but I hope those are just rumors
@@tonyg5132 i really hope they are just rumors, but given the complete disappearance from youtube after dms were shown of her saying she was looking forward to uploading more after graduating from university, the chances seem extremely slim
@@randomt800kiddo2 True but I wouldn't lose hope completely. Ive been heavily involved within an online community for years back in 2008-14 and Ive dropped off the map too with no explanation. Sometimes life just gets changes people
@@tonyg5132 i hope that's the case with vortexxy, still it kinda sucks how she came from an era where youtubers weren't too public with their personal life, which leads to this infuriating lack of closure
Your theory on WW Ganondorf is, dare I say, brilliant. I always just played the games, but never thought too much into the how and why of the bad guys. Like Ganondorf, with my age, I find myself putting the pieces together more. Keep up the amazing work. This video got you a new sub =D
Another great theory, Vortexxy. The great flood is truly Nintendo EAD 3's vision of Noah's ark within the Zelda series :)
At the same time Ganon´s tower could be a reference to the Tower of Babel.
I love what your doing here,
Your cinematography for instilling the narrative is phenomenal
& really compliments the chronology of this mythos you're weaving.
You've an Inspired mind.
I've missed your videos Vortexxy. I'm glad you're still making these!
I feel so bad for Ganondorf, he was misunderstood, all he wanted was a better future for his people.
emman rulz not really; he is the reincarnate of Demise's hatred.
He is Demise's hatred reincarnated, however that was not his choice. Because of that curse his people were likely hurt, making him have a wrath against Hyrule. He then hated Hyrule like Demise hated the gods. He went through all that hatred because of a curse. Ganondorf was a victim that became the villain.
Charles .Firebird97 That is not true. If you have played OoT and watched all the cut scenes, you will learn this. Ganondorf has always been bad, but he became worse in OoT and thereafter.
***** What I am saying is that the curse made Ganondorf become evil. The curse Demise set upon Link and Zelda was was thousands of year before Ganondorf was even born.
If you have played Skyward Sword you would know this. It was because of a curse on Link and Zelda/Hylia that Ganondorf became evil.
No, it did not. Ganon was already evil. Plus, he is not the only one who was Demise's incarnation. There was also Vaati, Agahim, Majora, Yuga, Malledeus, Bellum, etc. All of these people already had darkness in them before they became the evil bosses that we know.
after watching a couple of videos, I had to subscribe. they are very interesting and full of info I never knew. keep it up. Im off to watch more of these videos
WOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!
More theories!! Keep them coming Vortexxy! :D
So happy to see another video from you!!! I love these LoZ theories!
Love your theories because you site sources and they actually make sense. Keep up the great work 😘
the videos you make add depth to my favorite series. you, m8, are extremely dank. GOOD ON YA!
best theory ive heard yet! it all made sense and about half way through the video i noticed that my jaw dropped and i was just staring listening, and taking in all of this info. i love it
you know as a kid I never asked why wind waker Ganondorf did what he did. I never questioned it, not once. Seeing this, I actually feel bad for that iteration of Ganondorf, its almost like he never derserved what fate dealt him.
But I think its interesting to look back now as you can see how much we have changed from our younger days, is it for the better or for the worse is an other question. I can almost relate to Ganondorf in the Wind Waker.
I've gotta admit, that was really well thought out. I had quite a few, "AHA!" moments during that video.
Nice
ugh this is so good, this is probably my favorite video so far
Awesome job! I think this is one of your best theories yet!
You've kept me waiting!! lol great video as always can't wait for the next one :)
This is a really good, well thought out theory! Left me thinking and in awe, Good job! I always look forward to your videos. Keep it up.
i love how you've used the MM song/clock bell sounds around 2mins in... so eerie and beautiful for the subject matter.
Love your videos and voice, so articulate and a good structure to theories :)
I Like it.

Godamn! thats phenomenal theory work right there! Great job on the vidz vortexxy c:
Amazing as always. Thank you for making this wonderful content for us, I really enjoy all you videos. I really hope we get to see more of the Gerudo in Zelda U
The stories in zelda have so much depth that's what makes it such an outstanding series:)
6:48 I laughed way too hard at this part. XD great job as always, Vortex.
Yeah more vids! I was one of your first subs...im glad you are growing very fast! Excelent theories i love to eat dinner watching them :)
I love your videos Vortex! I always had my theories, most are exactly like what you've come up with, but you're really doing amazing work! :3 Your awesome!

Holy shit the Gerudo part just blew my mind
Just incredible you don't have more subscribers. What you do is awesome ^^!
I love your videos. I always look forward to when they come out.
This whole channel is so fascinating!
I've beaten Wind Waker quite a few times and never saw it this way. I really like this take on it though, awesome video!
Good video! I always wondered about the Gerudo. Good theories aswell! Keep it up!
Holy crap... Your work is so incredible, seriously! You had me with an intrigue face during the whole video. I'm really looking forward for more theories XD Keep up the good work! You should try considering about other games when you run out of TLOZ material XD
Awesome video! And great insight into Ganondorf!
once again you amaze me with such wonderful research.
YUSS!! Its finally here.
J Nicolosi Crikey, you're fast ;p
Its like a drug. Is theory addiction real?
Most of the time, I dim the lights, toss rose pedals around my computer chair, and light incense to set the mood for your videos. Other times, I dive in head first without hesitation, and no care what-so-ever to who or what I trample over to get to my computer after hearing that beautiful 'DING!" notification sound, thus truly notifying me that Vortex has just uploaded a new video. This was one of those times.
J Nicolosi It's finally here, performing for you.
i never knew u could use the leaf to blow the gorons hat off
I was one of the kids who boycotted the Windwaker because of the graphic style they decided to use. Now that I know that they changed the Kokiri and Zora like you showed in the video, that makes me that much more glad that I did.
Awesome video as always Vortex!!
You never fail to amaze me Vortex.
literally blew my mind by the fifty one second mark
amazing episode, cant wait for the next one ^,^
I would love to see a video about this topic all across the zelda timeline. Maybe you could view it as a history of the tribes. You could cover all the tribes known throughout the history of zelda. Just a suggestion :)
Man this video gave me a huge perspective change on ganondorf.
If I were Link I would have been like, if we bring Hyrule back and give your people a better life, you're okay with being brought to justice, right?
Ganon: Sure, as long as my people don't suffer.
Me: Why didn't you say so! Fine do that, as long as you are brought to justice!
After that Hyrule was at peace forever.
+darkstar100x If you were Link, you wouldn't be able to speak though. xD
+Edgar Caldeira (ekko3) He clearly talks though, otherwise why would people answer? My thought is just you, as the player, can't hear him.
Lerinn Dude, I know that.
My previous post was a joke...
I was being stupid and taking everything literally because I felt like it :]
+darkstar100x Maybe not forever thou as A new Ganondorf that is not as caring would be reincarnated later in History.
always knew the struggle of this ganondorf. sad to get reminded.
Fantastic video. Question about the Zora transformation though. In Majora's Mask, the Zora in the game are often found swimming off the shores of Great Bay in Termina. As the coast of Great Bay appears to feed into a much larger body of water, i.e. an ocean or a sea, this may be evidence that the Zora can indeed survive in salt waters. As such, perhaps the great flood did not pose a threat to them. In fact, it is possible they could have not only survived, but thrived in the great flood--an intelligent water dwelling civilization could easily traverse and inhabit various parts of the great sea. Does this impact the theory in any way?
The only counter-argument that comes to mind is that the saltwater-dwelling Zora in Majora's Mask are from Termina, a parallel world to Hyrule, where the freshwater Zora live. If the Zora in Hyrule are exclusively freshwater-dwelling, then I think the Rito theory makes sense. After all, if things are "flipped" between Termina and Hyrule, it's entirely possible that the biological habitat of an entire species might be similarly flipped, i.e. saltwater to freshwater. If not, I wonder whether or not the Zora completely died out :( Either that, or other reasons may be needed to explain the Zora-Rito transforation
yes i agree, the are called the sea zora after all. the river zora are a different species. although the "sea zora" from oot have only be seen to inhabite lakes and rivers with freshwater. i think their transformation was nessesary to prevent them from discovering old hyrule. this suggests their transformation could have been done by the godesses. as they fulfilled the wish of the flood and the seal of hyrule they also have to prevent the zora from discovering it... maybe?
Great theory as always.
Seems like it would be easier to change the Zoras to be able to survive the salt water and then not have them be able to dive down so deep that they can find the flooded ruins of Hyrule then change their species altogether. Make then shallow/surface dwellers rather than bird like people.
Another amazing video keep up the great work!
Hooked on your videos you love the Zelda games and it shows in your work keep it up!
Awesome theory vid Vortexx! :D
Another fine video. It'd be great if we had more information on the exact reasons why the Goron had left Death Mountain, but your theory is the most reasonable.
I learn so much stuff that I didn't know! Great video! A bit depressing too.
Yes I did wonder. I had never the chance to play WW till I bought the HD version of it, and I still think that the Gerudo need get more back up stories or myth/legends because they all vanished from the games eventually and I think that's nonsense. So I hope, that the next Zelda WiiU game gives us more insight to the Gerudo's.
***** They think it's about the Sheikah now. The Timeshift stones are strange as well in Skyward Sword. They have the eye mark but they stand in a desert(unless you activate them, then it's a forest like enviroment). Whoever build these robots in Skyward Sword apparently loved technology.
Now we go deeper into the Gerudo's, have you played Twilight Princess?. If so, have you been to the Arbitor Grounds?. I've seen something there that connects these robots to the Gerudo's. It's the spinning wheel you get from that place. Lots of wheels can be seen in that area and not only that, when you recover the item, the room has a wheel above the treasure chest. This obviously connects it to Skyward Sword. It's in a desert, had Gerudo's in it hench it's name.
My theory, is that the Gerudo's were once the Sheikah, which is why Impa is allways a girl(Gerudo tribe reference). They have gone to the dark side, and started to go on a darker and harsh enviroment. Their hair turned red as a indication of that, and their eyes have turned red(Impa has red eyes!).
I gotta say, out of all the incarnations and plot lines of Ganondorf, Wind Waker's was my favorite. He remarks more of pain than power, speaking of old naivety in a sense, basically admitting rage blinded him into being so narrow-sighted, where as in truth, it seems like he'd lost his path and became misguided by this 'need' of power to save his people, and realizes this far after the fact.
Out of all of them, I had the hardest time facing this one. The sheer explanation and realizations alone legitimately made me feel bad for him after that. Wind Waker was full of feels. :(
Hi!! I rarely comment on videos but I just wanted to say I love your theories!
Man, this video makes me sad. I love the Gorons so much, and what you are saying about why they are the way they are in Windwaker makes sense, but it makes me so upset for them. Great theory, though!
12:09 it’s so sad that Vortex didn’t get to play BOTW
That line while always epic will always feel more significant when the cold night and scorching day is a gameplay feature
Awesome Ganondorf explanation!
Beautiful! I can't want for The next theory
Thanks for all of these videos, I've learned more about Zelda watching these than I ever thought possible! I'm considering getting a copy of Hyrule Historia and digging a little deeper myself.
It would be great to see a video that focuses on some aspects of the handheld games such as Link's Awakening or the Oracle series (but that's just because they are some of my favorite games).
Also, any thoughts on where the new Wii U game will fit in the timeline? The Child Era where Link is successful leaves much to be explained or developed with 4 Swords currently finishing things off. I'd like to see something there personally.
Your video is so interesting as always :)
O.o THIS IS AMAZING!
another great to watch video well done and thanks
I just got very hooked on your videos - excellent job. I have always formulated my theories on the Zelda universe but interesting to see how they compare. Yours are brilliantly executed with plenty of evidence to back them up. Well done.
I always wonder though - will Miyamoto will make a future installment where the reincarnated Link has to return to the underwater Hyrule to retrieve the Master Sword? If so, what would that do to Ganondorf/Ganon?
Ur awesome im subscribinng :D keep up the good work
That was the most moving description of Ganondorf I've ever heard, what makes me the most sad is how many people never played WW because of the graphics or the it's not Oot so it's bad
I always have a hard time believing that the rito are the descendants of the zora.
So true. I mean, it can be hard to imagine that the Zora, Rulers of the Seas, suddenly became the Rito, Rulers of the Skies. I mean Rulers figuratively. It's kind of ironic that the Zora evolved to have wings when WW is based in an oceanic environment.
Also, the Zoras in Ocarina of Time are used to the fresh water of the lake and probably wouldn't do well in the salt water of the sea, thus they probably evolved into the Rito out of necessity. The Zoras of the sea most likely turned into the fish people that mark your chart for you in Wind Waker.
I've always thought they were evolved loftwings, and in the new Breath of the Wild game, there is indeed a bird species/tribe. I always interpreted the Rito descendant of Princess Ruto Zora in OOT as a spiritual descendant not one of evolution, plus there wasn't enough time for evolution between those two games. The Kokiri are magical beings so their shapeshifting can be explained in that way which is a lot different.
Awesome as always! :-)
I find it possible that Ganondorf may not have killed the Hero during the Great Flood, but may have helped the people's prayers to be reached. Since the Sages were... I'm gonna use the word "slaughtered," the Link of that era needed another way to seal Ganondorf. We might see what conspires in a future Zelda game.
Very good! I really enjoyed the video thx
Thank you for this! Whenever somebody snarkily asks why the Zora had to evolve after the flood, I usually present the same points you did here; water saline content and intervention of the goddesses. I'm actually a little amazed on how similar our views are on some cases. Great minds?
another great theory video!
I always thought that the Hero not appearing when Ganondorf returned might've been related to Marjoa's Mask and Link's journey into Termina, but given the whole 'Heroes' Shade' thing, that might not be the case.
Mic Roe Pony in ocarina there are 3 outcomes link dies, other 2 he wins but one is set when he wins as a kid and the other is when your adult link and beat him.
past child win is majora and twilight princess
future adult win is toon link games
so it was probably that link didnt exist anymore since he was sent back in time a the end, was to old or died before ganon came back
Wind Waker and Twilight Princess happen in different timelines. The hero not appearing in Wind Waker is because Link returned to the past. He didn't exist in that timeline anymore, leaving Ganon free to kill everyone. Twilight Princess follows the timeline where Link comes back to, he does exist there, but Ganon never reached the sacred realm, because Link prevented the hole "Ocarina of Time" plot from happening. Because of that, Link wasn't needed anymore and became the hero shade.
love your videos vortex, keep em up :{D
I have a few issues with your explanation.
1. The Goron also cover themselves in the Minish Cap which takes place before OoT in the time line.
2. As you pointed out there are Goron in the land of New Hyrule. You forgot to mention that they do not attack out nor are they treated badly.
3. When it comes to the Zora it is important to remember that unlike the Goron, who have not changed much since the time of Hylia, the Zora have. Originally known as the Parella, which we learn in HH, they did once inhabit the sea and yet headed inland when it turned to sand. It is this change in location that lead to the Parella becoming the fresh water Zora that we meet in OoT.
4. A race of Zora like creatures live in New Hyrule known as the Geozard. These creatures could not have branched off of the Rito from Wind Waker as we know that not enough time has passed for such a thing to have taken place, Niko is still alive.
5. In Phantom hourglass the fortuneteller Astrid is depicted with bright red hair like a Gerudo. Also the pirate Jolene has been noted to wear Gerudo like clothing, while her sister Joanne has orange hair.
6. In ST we also see Joynas who also resembles a Gerudo in all but her haircolor which is much to dark.
1. This leads me to believe that with the rising water the Goron were indeed cut off from the other tribes and found trade hard. While living near water is not impossible for them the island of their birth was not large enough to support their population any longer. In the past an increased population lead to the Goron simply digging large caverns. As the land is surrounded by water extra tunnels could have caused flooding and further damage to their homes. This leads me to believe that the Goron therefore willingly left there home to find more hospitable land. It is also likely that the Goron first found New Hyrule before Link and Tetra showed up.
I believe further proof of this is given in SS where we see the Goron have a natural instinct to be curious and explore. It is this need to explore that lead them to opening trade routes in OoT. A need that could not be fulfilled by staying on one tiny island.
2. When it comes to the Zora I think you were going in the right direction but instead I think a civil war lead to the change. With the flooding of the lands the Zora were now the ones with the dominant range. Normally the lack of area and needed to stay together so as to optimize the available resources leads the Zora to follow their royal family that has been blessed by the goddess. Now with so much room to spread and live a divide forms within the Zora ranks. Thouse who still wish to fllow the old way of the Royal family and thoughs who wanted to break out and set up their own colonies. The war that raged between the two groups ultimately drove the Zora to the land into the protection of Valoo the sky god. Jabu-jabu, unable to keeps his people together falls away and goes into hiding. Once in hiding he cahnged his name to Jabun so as to say he is not worthy of the honor the Zora once gave him.
The other tribe of Zora who wished to live outside the monarchy became fighters and slowly evolved into the Geozard that ultimately become Link's enmeis in ST.
The spirit of Volvagia defeated by Link is forced to stay within the destroyed Fire Temple. The goddess knowing that the newly beaten down Zora would need a protector called forth his spirit and transformed it into the might Valoo so as to give them a guardian. Fearful of returning to the water the Zora become the Rito and gain their wings from Valoo under the goddess' protection.
3. As for the Gerudo and Shiekah I do not think they died out. Instead the lack of people and resources led both tribes to have to interbreed with the Hyrulian race. We see a few people with Gerudo like traits, red hair, and one or two wearing Gerudo clothing. We do not see any Sheikah traits, but the idea that they two would've married into the Hyrulian people is not very far fetched.
4. In ST we do meet Anjean who acts in similar capacity to Impa in OoT, both do have silver hair. Though the silver hair may just be due to old age. In WW there is even a symbol similar to the Sheikah eye found in the forsaken fortress. Perhaps this means that the Sheikah and Gerudo had to both survive in the forsaken fortress.
This is atleast some theories I have come up with. Yours a pretty interesting too.
Night Bloom You make a few excellent points. I'll try to address them as well as I can. The Goron from Spirit Tracks are seen another ~100 years after the Wind Waker. The kingdom of New Hyrule likely became allies with the Goron during this time period, meeting each other through the use of the Spirit Tracks. The Goron at that point became aware they didn't have to be shamed for something that happened long ago and thus started to not wear the disguises anymore.
I'm also a firm believer of the Parella being the Zora. I don't know whether that change was natural or induced by a Light Spirit. Regardless, it shows the Zora are very capable of change, while the Goron are not.
Geozard look a lot like the hostile Zora, but mainly because they resemble Kappa. I don't know whether they are related in some way, but I wouldn't be surprised if they were. Perhaps they are related to the reason we do not find any River Zora at the same time as Sea Zora (with one exception, OoA)? It's possible the branch of Zora that would become River Zora, were exiled for their aggression, and they turned into the Geozard in the Adult Timeline, and River Zora in the Downfall and Child timelines (FSA). Just a thought.
Phantom Hourglass takes place in a different world (dimension) than the Wind Waker or Spirit Tracks. So, this one wouldn't make a difference.
Your theories definitely sound plausible, and I do not have much to say against it, other than that Anjean and the Spirit people seem to be unrelated to any other tribe :) The Sheikah surviving with the Gerudo is something I also considered in a collab theory I'm working on ^^
***** thank you. As I said your theories are very interesting. My problem with Phantom is that while we are told that Link and Tetra were only gone for 10 mins, making the journey similar to LA, it is also true that we see Lineback's ship on the horizon in the end. So I am not sure if it was all a dream.
Also I agree with you, if we were to focus on the other time lines it is possible that the same trait that caused the hostile split in the Zora that I speak of could also have caused a split to create the River and Sea Zora. Though this would also show us that the Zora can be both fresh and saltwater creature. There are fish within our own world who are able to do this.
I await your collab video as I feel that many of your theories are on point.
Night Bloom Damn... you really pay attention to details, eh? :P
THIS MAKES SO MUCH SENSE ON WHY THE TRIBES IN WW IS DIFFERENT BUT SOME WHAT SIMILAR IN OoT! i never would of put two in two together mostly because of the rito looking NOTHING like zoras. XD
I liked this theory. Very nice.
I've only recently been watching your videos, but they seem really well put together and thought through, have you taken a media or films class before?
Great video ^^
When I got to the final dungeon in wind waker so many things seamed odd with how non violent Gannondorf was, but now it makes sense. He just wanted his life and his people back. I feel kind of bad turnig him into a rock now.
Which Korok Was Link's Closet Friend as a Kokiri?
mind blown. awesome vid
