  • Pad Thai is easy to enjoy at home.
    1. Soak rice noodles in water for 30 minutes.
    It tastes better if I use the thin side than the side I used.
    I bought several noodles for filming, but the thin ones tasted the best.
    (The thin noodle was sold out, so I used the thick side)
    2. Put oil in a heated pan and cook the shrimp.
    3. When the outer surface of the shrimp is cooked, add garlic and dried shrimp and fragrant.
    4. Add rice noodles and stir-fry.
    5. Add 1.5T soy sauce, 2T sugar, 2T fish sauce, 2T oyster sauce, 4T Sriracha and stir-fry.
    6. When the seasoning is released and the rice noodles are cooked, add the bean sprouts and stir-fry.
    7. Fry the bean sprouts for only 10~15 seconds and turn off the heat.
    8. Eat well.
    ** It is better to adjust the liver according to the amount of host. If the liver is strong, add more bean sprouts.
    ingredient:
    250g rice noodles
    Dried Shrimp 2T
    5 shrimp
    5 cloves of garlic
    1.5T soy sauce
    2T sugar
    Fish sauce 2T
    Oyster sauce 2T
    Sriracha 4T
    bean sprouts as much as you want
    peanuts as much as you want
