I swear it's always Santorini or Mykonos. Everyone always neglects the Peloponnese when it is truly just as beautiful. Yes, Santorini and just overall the Cyclades are absolutely stunning, however, part of going to another country is about experiencing the culture. The rich Greek culture I found was very watered-down in the Cyclades due to the immense amount of tourism in mainly those areas. I would definitely recommend checking out Nafplion, Greece's original capital, or another town in the Peloponnese as the culture is much more prominent and authentic in these areas. :)
