Anniversary Dinner (11 years) at Cedars Steak & Oysters in Foxwoods Resort and Casino CT.

Last night hubby and I celebrated our 11th year marriage anniversary. We've known each other since highschool!!
We ate dinner @cedarsfoxwoods This is the first restaurant we ate at as husband and wife 11 years ago. His nephew worked here before he passed away unexpectedly, so it has some sentimental meaning for us.
Our choice of meals and drinks:
1.Hall of Fame Mule - I have to say it was delicious. We really wanted mojitos but they didn't have any mint so we had to substitute. (I did call ahead and asked if they had mojitos, the girl on the phone said let me check with the bartender, put me on hold, then came back on and said "yes" they have mojitos) We determined that was a lie, but went on with our evening. This is the only thing about the night that annoyed me. Just be honest from jump street.
2. Jumbo Lump Crab Cake Appetizer- delicious, especially dipped in the sauce. And I'm not a crab person.
3. Main entree- I ordered Filet Mignon with Lobster Tail
Hubby order Prime Rib with loaded baked potato
4. Sides we shared- Creamed spinach (delicious) and foraged mushrooms
5. Dessert to take home - I went with the Snickers cake and hubby took home the seasonal cheese cake.
Overall we had a good time and enjoyed our dinner together.
I definitely would recommend trying @cedarsfoxwoods if you haven't already!
