* Ingredients for the cake:
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup oil
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 3/4th cup cocoa powder
- 1 and 1/2 cup caster sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
* Ingredients for chocolate buttercream:
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 and 1/2 cup icing sugar
- 3/4th cup cocoa powder
- 3-4 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/2 tsp salt

Yes, you can. Around 40-45 minutes on medium low flame.
Mery pass bhi same ye he oven hai but agr 180 py me bake krun tu wo jal jta hai. Ap mje oven use krna sekha dyn plus convection mode ka bhi bta dyn
Try placing the cake on the top most rack with the lower rod on for the suggested baking time. Then turn on the upper rod to allow the top to cook for last 5 minutes. Convection mode is used for even baking

Cocoa is a must for buttercream and cake both.

Ap kisi achay brand ka packed baking soda lain us k taste me or Ghar me use honay walay soda k taste me difference hota hai

1 tsp will be enough for the mixture. It won’t make it bitter.
Can we use powdered sugar instead of icing sugar?
it's the same thing
Powdered sugar doesn’t have starch so it won’t bind the buttercream that well and won’t give it a glossy look. Try using icing sugar instead.
