Fix couldn't release file,err:0x12 | Capcut Offline Installer Download | Portable Capcut for Windows

I downloaded it correctly. After downloading the capcut is working normally. But after a few minutes when i close it and try to open it again, it's not opening. No error is showing. I double clicked the capcut icon, nothing happened. I reinstalled, and restarted the capcut and also my PC. It's not working. What to do??😢😢😢

Please reinstall or use USB to transfer working software's folder from another PC. It will work.
