This is a topic near and dear to me.. I find myself taking life too seriously especially when times are tough. It steals our joy and our play. Our inner child wants to be free! Where can you lighten up in life?

I grew up christian with very strict parents, Dad really, and then in my high school days i rebelled hard as an athiest and fell into drug use which led me to a 3 year pill addiction.
In 2020 I began microdosing mushrooms during the pandemic and everything kinda switched for me.
My fiancé got me into veganism later that year. Then I began listening to The Duncan Trussell Family Hour podcast and getting into Ram Dass/Alan Watts and also thinking some about the simulation theory.
Anyways, my point is, I leaned from athiesm into agnosticism and now I take different good aspects from each religion/philosophy I study and leave the negative things from those religions behind.
It's helped me to appreciate everyone and not take one thing too seriously.
