I knew him before I ever knew who 'Black Thought' was, and now that I hear Black Thought rhyming like is does, I'm left wondering where is 'K-Spell The Desert Eagle' (his rap name) today. This was in 2002. I thought FOR SURE, he would be the greatest thing in the rap industry. He wasn't about gangster rap. He just painted a story that made sense and that was what captured everyone. How could someone in his twenties know so much about so many things. take random things from the audience and tie it in with historical and societal things past and present? It's like he disappeared off of the face of the earth after that one year of him just showing up, rapping, and leaving everyone in awe. Where you at 'K-Spell The Desert Eagle'? I told him my cousin is a recording studio engineer for local artist that worked artist in Milwaukee, WI, and recorded 'Coo Coo Cal', called his contacts and got him in with Inner scope records to make millions. K-Spell The Desert Eagle didn't seem AT ALL concerned about that, which was strange to me with the ability to do that. He just disappeared.
