- This is a video how to activate your we light lightbulb cameras first of all you must download the wheel lot app. Once you download this into your phone then you were able to turn on your Bluetooth on your phone and connect your Bluetooth to the phone by doing this, you can scan the QR code on the back of the camera. There is a sticker with a QR code. All you have to do is turn your camera on And your camera should be able to detect a QR code and send you to a link that will allow you to download the app. If you have the app, download it in your phone then you can follow the directions to activate the camera you basically point the QR code That is generated by your cameras QR code. You simply hold the QR code up to the lens on the camera. The camera will detect a QR code and activate the camera from here. You will be able to operate your camera from your phone from anywhere in the world the scammers Have motion sensors which detect movement whenever something moves in front of the camera it will send you a notification to your phone there is audio and you can hear exactly what is being said in the background where the camera is recording and you can also speak to others, and they can hear what you say through a Microphone button that you can push on the app. These cameras carry a SD card and you can also download your data onto the iCloud database that the app provides for a monthly fee of $100 a month please like and subscribe and follow me for more videos like this.

Hi my bulb is set up and working however i dont get the light to light uo on motion detection. Why is that ? While i was doing the initial setup and test indoors with a lamp it worked. Now It only alarms and sends alerts when motion is detected but doesnt light up. The light works when i turn it on. When I set it to colourful night mode the light also turns on. When I turn it to Auto light it switches back to smart night mode... What am i doing wrong ?

Months later ... by accident .. serendipitously falling backwards into knowledge from sheer ignorance ...
If the camera wont pickup the internet (error code) CALL the internet provider (this can't be troubleshooted in their app).
TELL them to put your wifi to 2G so that the camera can pick it up. It lasts an hr before it resets to 4/5G.
THIS WORKS TO FIX THE MAIN PROBLEM THAT EVERYONE IS HAVING (beeping but not connecting).
It did not fix slow internet, but it worked for the security features.
With every new camera you MUST do this (reset it with a pin & find the cam or rename it) BUT you won't have to re-do it on the cameras already previously done unless you move, get a new phone or change wifi username/passwords.

we have 5 cameras around our home, we loaded them last week.
We had a massive thunder storm a few days ago which messed up the wi fi cornection.
We have since repaired the wi fi,
we tried to set up the cameras with the new wi fi, they are not cornecting, we then deleted the 5 cameras, for some crazy reason, they are unable to cornect at all.
I tested a new globe camera, identical as other the 5 globe cameras( it worked at once) no issues at all.
Any idea how we can resolve this cornection issue?

That’s my guess so these cameras are very very touchy when it comes to electrical surges listen to me this is what you need to do go on Temu TEMU and order you the same camera for eight dollars they’re eight dollars on the Temu websitethe same exact they are the same exact cameras. I just got one of these and it only works on 2.4g not on 5g systems.
I just set mine up. It said it's ready to use. Is there supposed to be a red light on it or something? I don't have an sd card yet. Is the camera supposed to move when it detects motion? yes u can set up motion detect in yr settings. click the settings wheel looks like a round gear or sprocket click on that and will taKE U TO SETTINGS.

Make sure the cameras plugged in when you plug the camera in and it receives power. You will hear it power up and it will say camera on and you should hear a beep a series of beeps and that will let you know that the You Tube that Bluetooth is active and you want to turn your Bluetooth on your phone and look for, the cameras and then click on the cameras

Mine did not come with a QR CODE sticker on it
I paired the camera to my phone, when I did this the camera was not in the spot that I wanted to get video of, also I needed an SD card because I cannot connect it to my wifi, and need a direct contact. So, I put the SD card in when I received it, and put the camera into the light socket where I want to capture video. It is not connecting at all, and even with direct connect it is not connecting to the camera and phone.
So my question is: When you first pair it or add it, does it have to be in the spot where you are going to use it? Or can you pair it, and then move the camera where you want to monitor.
You can hold the button there’s a little tiny button that you need to press with a needle and you can do a hard reset. Also make sure you have a son disk SD card some SD cards won’t work I use 156 gigs on disk

Does it work without internet I need something that don't work to where you have to have internet I'm using stealth cams that I use for hunting around my house and property but I want something that I don't have to have the internet that works better
U will need a power supply and if u do t have WiFi it won’t work
Well, it will work you would just have to use the SD card and then you can only record for however, long, the SD card will let you record and you will have to go into a relapse
I don't have traditional lights. My camera came with two AAA batteries in the brown cardboard piece. I can't find any video or instructions to show where those two batteries go. Does anyone know 🤔

No. I used mine with no sd card.
The same thing happened to me, and I almost gave up, but I was able to pair it after resetting and attempting to pair it 20+times. Try scanning your phone to the bulb and also try the bulb to the phone in a different angle and distance, but not farther than a foot distance. It will pair successfully without needing an SD card. We get what we paid for.🤣

It should have a barcode on the back of the camera. You can link that with a Camera on your phone.

I got two this weekend and I set them up at my moms house. They work pretty good. I got a sd card for them and it records everything. I dont understand why you would pay for the cloud subscriction for. You literally just gave them some money. sd card is the way to go.

I followed your video for setup and my camera works however:
1) mine sends motion alerts when none exist
2) I can have someone walk in front of the camera and it tracks the person but doesn’t alert me. Why is that? I’ve adjusted the sensitivity but does not correct the problem. Help!🤷♀️
U can go online down load new firmware on your SD card and then save it onto your SD card put it in the camera and you can upload the firmware onto your Camera if you go to their website
Ok u need to go to your settings and turn on notifications go into the app and look for the little wheel that looks like a gear click on that and then it would take me to settings and notifications. There’s all kinds of notifications that you can set up. just follow directions and if you need help message me and I’ll be glad to help you.

I bought 2 from temu and both will not turn on at all
There is a power issue apparently u aren’t getting a power supply correctly to the camera. When it powers up the red light comes on and it beeps … find a lamp and plug it in a lamp. Turn the lamp switch on just like u were turning on the light on the lamp . Wait 2 min it will beep the red light will come on if it doesn’t beep if the red light does not come on then it means that you are not getting power try a different lamp try testing the wall on the outlet and make sure that it has power plug something else into the outlet and make sure that the camera is getting electricity. and if that doesn’t work, there is a little tiny black button on the very top of the camera while it is plugged in and turned on get a paper clip and push that black button and hold that black button for 60 seconds and do a hard reset on the camera, sometimes this will work and if that doesn’t work, call me 912-428-7049 I can walk you through whatever other problems you might have over the phone. There is a chance you could have a faulty camera I might add did you put a Sim card in there? Make sure you put your Sim card in there.
@droneracerswarehouse7641 did all that..I put it in different lamps and other light sockets it didn't turn did the reset nothing..regular light bulbs work on those same locations. I bought a different brand light bulb cameras and it worked perfectly but that brand you showing won't work

OK, you have to get a pin and on the top of the camera. There’s a tiny little hole push that button and hold and hold it for like five seconds it will start beeping. This will do a hard reset on your camera and you can start downloading your camera.
I tried to find out where the account number. Which I didn't locate. I have the app, but couldn't find the account number. Please explain more clearly. This wasn't helpful.

I can't even log in. I've hard reset it & done whatever else I could do. Tried to delete my account, which it won't delete to use another account that won't work. After about 3 hours of not getting the camera to work, I decided to call it the night & try the next day, which where Im at now. Not being able to log in. & thats not counting the 8 months of off & on trying to get this piece of 💩 to work.
Go to the Welland website download the new firmware onto an SD card and then put the SD card in your camera and upload the new firmware into your camera. Push the reset button and hold it and this will reset the hardware the new firmware on your SD card to your camera.

This camera lasted less time than others..I have their waterproof Yi lasted almost six months...have had a symelac for a year no problem costs more..this one was 23 dollars wonder why
The app to use this this has got to have at least 50 other rip off programs in bedded in the program. In such a way that it seems that it's for the cam .IT IS NOT. When it asks for a credit card or other pay. Don't do it or you can and watch them take your money. If you get by that problem . Connect is still crap . Multiple issues

You supposed to be able to use Android too. My manuel shows both apple & android play stores to use.
Android phone works just as good. If you’re having issues with the firmware might be corrupt and you might need to go to the website and download the firmware onto an SD card to update the camera if the reset button is not working.
