- I enjoyed 2 days riverside camping at Voidomatis which is famous for it's crystal clear waters and hiking at Vikos Gorge in Greece which is listed by Guinness as the deepest canyon in the world in proportion to its width. I enjoyed amazing views and clear waters in a peaceful setting.

Vikos Gorge, in the Zagori region of Epirus, stretching over 20 kilometers with depths reaching 1,000 meters. Part of the Vikos National Park, it's home to rare species like the brown bear and the golden eagle.
The Voidomatis River is famous for its crystal-clear water, among the cleanest in Europe. It's perfect for activities like rafting and kayaking. The lush green riverbanks are ideal for camping and relaxing.

This canyon was absolutely beautiful. When I think of canyons I think of desert ones like the grand canyon. Seeing all the green vegetation and crystal blue water here was wonderful. I honestly didn’t know that Greece had any areas like this. I pretty much thought the whole country was very dry. I’m glad I watched this. It was very well filmed. 👍
