Would love to have a large space like this for a dedicated multipurpose room. Our toddlers would love that. Plus, it would keep all the chaos of toys, books, etc separated from the first floor.

I would make that a game room/ lounge room! It can house toys and what not for young children, but for older kids a space to lounge with friends and watch a movie! That’s what we did anyways and we’re LOVING having the extra lounge room for the kids.
