Idea of You - I would've liked to see them break up earlier and then see them navigate their relationship 5 years later instead. I just don't like the whole it's cool when they (men) do it, it's a problem when I (women) do it framing of the whole age gap discourse...like it's not cool both ways ngl. In my mind, as a 27 year old woman, once you're 26+ I feel like yeah idc if you date a 40+ yo you do you but 24 just feels...yikes. 24 seems old enough but no not really. Also, 29 just sounds like a sexy age - far sexier than 24.
