The use of the apple sticker is my personal best takeaway from the video! I can make witty Apple references for days!
I absolutely love apple brandy and love that you're getting good use of that shocker, that's where it shines. Care package coming soon.
This actually turned out better than some I've done with lots of apples.
Omg the clip from Anne of Green Gables yay!!Great video!! 👏👏👌🥃😁
🙌 probably not to many people got that! I love finding those little clips 😄
Great instructional video's thanks for sharing 👍
Another great video.
Looks great!
Thank you! Turned out pretty good, thanks for watching
Nice job JC
After you sip some try blowing out air. It really gets rid of the burning feeling. All the burning stuff is at the bottom of a sip.
Interesting. Appreciate the tip
I like it. How would it be if you didn't have some vintners finest and boosted your gravity with zuka sugar? Just curious. Nice video btw. I am envious of your fermentation set up. I really like the spigot where you flip a switch and fill a bucket.
It would work just fine. might lose a little apple flavor but you really wouldn't need much sugar.
i'm sure you can distill the water right out of some of your juice, this way you can make your own concentrate.
👍👍👍
Before you proofed it down to 100 what proof did it come off the still originally ? 👍
About 155 in the hearts. Thanks for watching.
I’ve made apple brandy with the cold distillation process, have you ever done anything like that?
I have done it a couple times. It's a pretty cool process, and can make tasty drink.
Did you distill it or how did you get it so clear?
Yep, it was Distilled. Thanks for watching, cheers 🥃
How about a 1 gal recipe ? I am only a beginner and I do not have a still so can u tell how to make a 1 gal batch.Thank You
A simple 1 gallon batch you could do a gallon of apple Juice or cider, and cup of brown sugar. 🥃
How much yeast would I have to put in it if any? Have u ever used reg. bread yeast
@@tomdoyen6051 yes, Bread yeast works quite well in most cases. It doesn't take much for a gallon. 1/2 teaspoon should do it
How long would u leave it before it is ready and where would u put it to let it fermente dark or light?Thank You
How long should u leave it set and would u put it dark or lightThank You
more details please.
